Had a guy come to my home to look at taking down a retaining wall. The guy said he'd have my quote after the weekend. One week passes with no quote. I call and am told he'll call me back with the quote next week. Another week passes and still no quote. I get told I'll get a quote the following week. Another week passes with no quote. I call back today for my quote and the lady tells me he's gone in vacation. Terrible business with no regard for the customers time. I would not recommend this place at all. Only reason they're getting 1 star is because I need to pick something in order leave a review.

I had a pipe break in my water meter pit that left me without water from Friday until Monday at 2:30 when JS Wright came to my rescue. I couldn’t get anyone to help me until they showed up They had the problem fix within one hour of their arrival. They were knowledgeable and professional about the whole incident and I am truly grateful for their help.

JS Wright recently replaced my entire sewer line from home to street along with raising plumbing lines in the basement. Very big job. From Jessica who facilitated everything via phone (and even in person a few times) to James and each and every crew member, all were extremely friendly, accommodating and really listened to my concerns. They were respectful of my home and really went above and beyond to make sure my home and property were left in good condition when they left. Considering the amount of digging and repairs, that was not an easy task and I really do appreciate their efforts. Most contractors do not go to this level of effort to "minimize the trauma" of having an 8' deep and 4' wide trench dug through our property, sidewalk and driveway (I seriously lost sleep over the thought of this). But they even told me where they'd be digging so I could save ALL of my plants. I was very happy with their service.

I had a major crack in main water pipe called PA Water because for 15 yrs I have their home contracts which their is only 3 so I thought they tell me the pipe isn t covered I should of purchased the new enhanced contract which I never knew there was a 4th one they never notified me All that money for 15 yrs was a waste plus I had to pay 50.00 dollars up front The only thing that I can say they did right was have this company come and fix my problem They were 2 young men named Jim and James they were so courteous and respectful They are a credit to your company And I like to thank them again for being such great human beings and caring Thank you Patricia Evanits Southside Scranton
