From the very first point of contact, we couldn't fault JR Roofing. Absolutely flawless service. Contactable, punctual, approachable, understanding and professional. We had concerns about the current state of our roof, but Josh took the time to properly explain what works were required (as well as what was already ok!) and alleviated the worries we had. The admin team kept us well up to date on when the works would be carried out and the roofers delivered an outstanding job when the time came that looks like it'll stand us in good stead for years and years to come. Communication is brilliant (thanks Danielle), appointment times kept and quotes very quickly sent. I had leaking flat roofs which were quickly sheeted until work began. The team were very professional, respectful and kept me well informed. They have done a fabulous job - such a relief after years of leaks and being let down by other tradesmen. They went above and beyond to sort the garage roof out properly - special mention to young Josh for his extra pest control service! The young men on the team are a real asset to the company and I wouldn't hesitate to use JR Roofing again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and very reasonably priced roofing contractor.

I used the JRRoofing when a portion of my roof had a leak that other roofers could not find. The initial inspection and quote was very professional and fully explained. The roofing team that came were VERY Professional. No sitting on their phones, no standing around …… in fact they came in the morning and worked solidly all through the day. I did not even see them take a lunch break in four days! I felt that happy that they were trust worthy and left them working many times alone on the property. I fully recommend jr roofing without reservation, in fact I’m asking for a quote for another job!

The team came and removed an old flue, they were very professional, diligent and tidied everything away so neatly. It wasn’t an easy job as the flue was very stubborn and required a lot of patience to cut into sections. The replacement tiles they sourced were a perfect match. Thank you!

Happy with the service we received from JR roofing. A piece of the dry verge had blown of our roof in the storm. Josh fitted us in and got this sorted for us quickly at a good price, the lads who did the job were polite and friendly. I would recommend JR roofing and would definitely use them again in the future.

Correspondence with Danielle in the office was always answered promptly. The team were very pleasant and explained every detail of the work being done. (chimney removal). I highly recommend JR Roofing. Their service is exceptional. The guys are friendly and extremely professional. JR Roofing put a new flat roof on for me complete with new boards and insulation. They took photos throughout so I could see the progression of the work. And when finished, all waste removed and left tidy and clean. Couldn’t tell they had been apart from a super new flat roof. First Class !!!!
