I used their services for about 3 years. For the most part the service was ok. But anytime there’s an issue or concerns, be ready for them to take no accountability, and for them to blame you, equipment, or something else. Their landscapers repeatedly damaged a tree, scalped parts of my yard, left other parts unmowed, and just generally don’t seem to be well trained or knowledgeable about much.
We hired JPJ landscaping to do spring clean up, mulch and install river rock . From the personal attention of John, the owner, Tasha in office keeping us up updated, as it’s has been a very wet April and to the hard working crew of Octavio, Leondro, Italio,Tiko and John G they were all professional, friendly, kind and did an exceptional amazing job. We are more then pleased with the finished job and looking forward to working with JPJ landscaping in the future.
Im a commercial property manager and I have used JPJ for 6 years now. John and Tasha have been amazing to work with. Working with JPJ is like working with a close friend/ family. I can always count on him to get the job done right and in a timely manner. I have used him to clear over grown fields, spring and fall clean ups, maintain the over growth around my pound, mulching, plowing, and lawn care.
My mother-in-law requested that I find a lawn care service provider for her in Westfield and I came across JPJ. Even though I've been working remotely with them on her behalf, their communication and service has been nothing short of exceptional. With her needing the whole nine yards done for her yard, they have gone above and beyond to make sure she has been satisfied. Thanks to John and team for all the good work. Definitely a crew I'd recommend!
We used this company last year and was pleased with cost & quality. Great reply's from the office team. So I went back this year only to be ripped off. I needed less services this year & got charged almost the same. Simple mulch beds being cleaned out of leaves & sticks. I did add gutter cleaning for $150, which is fair. But they trimmed my landscaping & edged the beds last year with the clean up of the beds. The cost this year was only $40 less & they left a muddy mess on all my front & back porches. They were here 3hrs. They charged me nearly $800. My yard isn't big. Was expecting $400 or so. Never again.
