Hi I got a caofen f80 and wanted to trade for a eride 2.0 1 month later unfortunately my legs and heart started acting up I asked for a trade and now I'm getting ignored as that's not very professional I can't lift 200lbs up the stairs and the eride is 139 with tbe battery which would be more manageable with a ramp I've made. Not very happy person right now as i want a trade but said I was approved then was told to wait 3 months feels like a run around

Absolutly love my new 79Bike falcon pro! Tons of fun trail riding and taking jumps on the Motocross track and even just bootin around town. One of my favorite features is how easy the the removable battery pack comes out so if I get a second battery pack it will be perfect for hunting also. Great for goin down game trails quickly and quietly. The bike arrived early too! So cool, only took a few days to be delivered. Big thanks to Amanda and Summer for makin this Lil dream of mine come true. Overall a great buying experience and super helpful staff. Definetly recommend 💯😎 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've had a great experience with JoyrideFinancial. I want to thank Travis for helping make this possible. I wasn't sure that I would be eligible to get the financing and my new found friend Travis at Joyride walked me through it everystep of the way and was totally reassuring and confident that I'd be receiving my Falcon Gt and I love it. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service
I purchased a 79Bike Falcon through Joyride Financial and received it with a battery that would not charge. After weeks of delays and no proper resolution, I contacted their repair department today and was shocked by how I was treated.
The repair representative was extremely rude and aggressive, repeatedly using profanity and saying things like “I don’t fing work on the weekend” and “your fing battery was done on Friday.” There was no professionalism, no empathy, and no effort to actually resolve the issue.
At this point, I still do not have a working battery, my original battery was taken and replaced with a used one, and I’m being spoken to disrespectfully when asking for help.
I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. Poor product support and unacceptable customer service.
