Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service I purchased a 79Bike Falcon through Joyride Financial and received it with a battery that would not charge. After weeks of delays and no proper resolution, I contacted their repair department today and was shocked by how I was treated. The repair representative was extremely rude and aggressive, repeatedly using profanity and saying things like “I don’t fing work on the weekend” and “your fing battery was done on Friday.” There was no professionalism, no empathy, and no effort to actually resolve the issue. At this point, I still do not have a working battery, my original battery was taken and replaced with a used one, and I’m being spoken to disrespectfully when asking for help. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. Poor product support and unacceptable customer service.

Lincoln, we take customer service concerns seriously, and we need to correct several inaccuracies in your review.

Our team went well beyond standard business hours to assist you, including extensive after-hours troubleshooting, weekend communication, and ultimately personally driving a replacement battery to your home to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. The replacement battery provided was new and removed from another brand-new bike, not a used unit.

Throughout the troubleshooting process on Friday, our staff were subjected to repeated profanity, hostility, and abusive language. While we strive to remain professional at all times, we also maintain a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse toward our team.

We understand your frustration with the situation and made every reasonable effort — and then some — to resolve it promptly and fairly. However, misrepresenting the actions taken by our staff and the condition of the replacement provided is not accurate.

We stand by our team and the exceptional lengths they went to in this case.

I was inquiring about the 79 Falcon Pro. I expected the dealership price to be a bit higher than Falcon’s website (which lists it at $5,400), and when I pointed that out, they did drop it to $5,700 from $6,500, which I appreciated. However, things went south when they added a $1,000 ‘bank fee’ and a $1,000 ‘dealer fee’ on top. After I pushed back, the bank fee was suddenly reduced to $99, which showed me how inflated it was to begin with. When I questioned the $1,000 dealer fee, I was told it was to feed his family and that he gets 20% commission. which felt unprofessional. I understand paying a reasonable dealer fee ($200–$300), but $1,000 on top of an already marked-up bike is excessive. When I refused, the salesperson got upset and ended the call. Overall, I didn’t appreciate the tactics or the the experience I had.

Just to set the record straight: lender fees are set by the banks, not us. We don’t control them, and we don’t pocket them. Your credit profile limited the lenders available, which is why the fees weren’t as low as you’d have liked.

As for the “dealer fees” you mentioned — those are freight and PDI charges. That’s the cost of shipping, assembling, and preparing a machine so it’s safe and ready. Every dealership charges them. Calling them a “tactic” is simply not accurate.

We get that you wanted a bigger discount, but these units are in extremely high demand. We price fairly and competitively, and we’re not in the business of devaluing our product or misleading our customers.

We’re confident in how we operate — transparently, professionally, and with integrity.

bought a dirt bike took them a month to get it to me was told multiple times int the month I was getting it ( lies ) bike broke down was left on side of road and was told not there problem Now a recall on the bike and I can’t use it or get to work again not there problem I would not ever use this company only guy that remotely helped me was Taylor tommpson ( good guy ) don’t buy off these guys the way I was talked to on the phone was so rude There is no repairing this with me and the four people that I was going to get to buy bikes. I’ve told him not to do it with this company. The last guy I talked to you on the phone was so rude that I don’t even want you to fix my bike. I want you to send me the battery so I can fix it. Worst experience in my life never again Will I deal with you Not asking for anything but an apology at no time was I aggressive just didn’t like being called a bum or made fun of because of my financial situation To make it clear I understand there are bump and stuff beyond your control but the way your employee talked with me was unacceptable and anyone would be upset again all I wanted was a apology Thank you again Taylor Thompson for being a great guy and trying to help me out

Daniel, we did our best to support you throughout the process, but there were delays on your end in providing required items, which affected how smoothly things could move forward. After receiving the bike, it unfortunately sustained significant damage due to use beyond its intended capacity. We explained that this model is rated for a maximum rider weight of 230 lbs, and from our assessment, that limit was grossly exceeded.

Separately, the manufacturer has issued a safety recall for your battery, and we are actively working to facilitate that on your behalf. However, we must stress that aggressive or hostile behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated.

We want to be clear: it isn’t possible for us to reimburse payments when a product has been misused. That said, we remain committed to helping with any legitimate warranty or recall matters directly supported by the manufacturer.

I have been dealing with Real at Joyride for years and his level of professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. He helped me with my first motorcycle purchase and it was seamless and unlike any other experience I have ever had at any other store. I have referred countless people to him and he has come through for my friends within hours of them coming to him for help where the dealerships were literally taking days to get them reuslts. I cannot stress anough how incredibly he has treated my friends and myself whenver we have gone to him for help with finding bikes, boats, ATV's and the financing required to get our dream vehicles. GT1 bad with joyride I bought a GT1 from them. Rush on a call to sign all paperwork. Like chop chop. Then got a used GT1 from them. Bill of sale over 5k. But total payments are over 10k. Never sent me anything. And I’ve noticed it had a flat tire the day after. Then I poked them about it. Rowan or whatever his name is. Took forever to get me a spare tire. Very very poor customer service
