Since transitioning to Journey, we've been incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention our daughter has received. The staff members have been consistently friendly, courteous, and professional, creating a positive environment for our daughter to thrive in. It's evident that her educators genuinely care for her well-being and provide her with exceptional care. They demonstrate a perfect balance of nurturing and educational support, ensuring that we're always in the loop about her progress. Despite our initial apprehension about changing childcare providers, we are now more than pleased with the quality of care she receives. Our daughter has not only adapted well but has also formed meaningful connections with her new friends.

The Ballarat East Journey ELC has been the most wonderful centre, the staff are experienced and professional, and have provided top notch care for my daughter, who was lucky enough to start out in the nursery. The centre itself is beautiful, and the wonderful chef Leonie prepares the best food which the kids love! The educators go above and beyond to provide engaging learning experiences. We have been really happy to be a part of the Journey community!

Words can't describe how brilliant Journey is. They are an extension of our family and genuinely look after our daughter. The team is professional, friendly and approachable. Our baby girl is happy going and they have many services. A highly recommended Day Care and could not imagine being anywhere else

Would you like your child to be in soiled nappies for hours on end ? Or what if your child has breath holding spells and passed out at daycare only to get a incident report 27 HOURS LATER !!!!!!!!! Staff didn't even know what to do ..Ugggh the list goes on this place is beyond a joke and have liars working in management Honestly it's been a Journey to hell ! Who ever deals with this joint GOOD LUCK . If you want your child to be neglected send them to this place.

Such a wonderful experience at Journey, our little one is so well loved and looked after by such beautiful educators, we couldn't be more happy. How lucky we are to have Journey in our community!

Put our daughter into this center thinking this was as a perfect fit . When clearly is was not a fit for our family at all . The only good they had going was the chef who was cooking amazing food . The rest of the staff are either rude , didnt have a care attitude or to busy talking. Instead of my daughter progressing , she went backwards. There were also a few incidents where I had raised my concerns only to be talked down to or trying to conflick the issue back on us . Jacqui Pope had no real compassion for understanding when spoken to . Since leaving I was able to get my daughter back on track and have not recommended this center to anyone . If you can please ensure you do the right thing by your child. Oh also 4 weeks deposit and get this on termination is a joke . Gaining interest off your money while your there is ridiculous. Please reconsider going to this center

Prior to enrolling my child at Journey two years ago, I’ve done my fair share of tours on other daycare centres around the area. I attended their Open Day and within a heartbeat, decided to enrol my child at this centre. The centre has lots of natural light and plenty of room for children to explore or play. The rooms and common areas are always clean and tidy. The forefront ladies (Thalia, Heather and Daniella) are very friendly and helpful. The educators are also very approachable, accommodating and compassionate. A massive shout-out to my boys educators (Rachel, Sugi, Sheena, Karli, Angela, Susie, Emma, Nikita, and Usha). Another thing that I appreciate about this centre is their low turnover rate on staff. This is an important factor as children (my kids at least) tends to feel safe and secure amongst familiar faces. Both my kids currently attends daycare here and I do not regret this decision at all. Journey ELC Burwood is a centre that I would highly recommend to parents.

My child has been attending Journey Nightcliff for a year. We left our previous centre because of varying concerns, mainly staff turnover and lack of consistency. Journey has exceeded our expectations and been consistently exceptional over the last year. The Journey Nightcliff centre has been absolutely incredible to us over the past year. The team is so friendly and passionate about the children’s needs. They all know the children individually and provide incredible learning opportunities for them. The updates we receive on Storypark are so welcome and appreciated, so we parents/carers can build on what they’re focussing on at school after hours. The excursions are a highlight for my child, and the diverse activities they do outdoors at the centre are so enriching. They have a strong focus on early educational success and individual needs. The greatest asset to the centre is the staff. The Centre Director is a wonderful leader and always so happy and accommodating. The Centre Educational Lead and the Kindy Lead Educator are kind, generous, and creative in coming up with activities. The staff are passionate and caring, know so much about each child’s individual needs, and have so much knowledge about behavioural strategies for us parents. The educators in the Toddler and Kindy rooms have been dependable comfort figures for my child when upset; their ability to be a safe space is deeply appreciated – they are incredible beyond words. The wider team is amazing, too – everyone is always so kind and friendly at dropoff/pickup and happy to have a chat. And shoutout to the chef for creating a healthy and delicious variety of foods for the whole centre. Thank you to Journey Nightcliff for creating a friendly, safe, inclusive, and enriching centre for my child.

I'm thrilled to watch both of my kids growing at Journey. The educators are friendly and genuinely care about the children. There are plenty of activities and excursions that keep the kids engaged and excited to learn. My kids bring home beautiful artwork almost every day, which is a testament to the creativity and effort put into their daily routines. Journey is truly a great place for kids to learn and grow. Highly recommend!

We have had a great experience at Journey ELC. My LO started going since she was 7 months old and will be 2 soon. She has learnt so much, grown so much since then. Had learnt lot of skills, has been independent in lot of things. All of the staff are great, be it room staff, office staff or the head office team. Office ladies Danielle, Heather and centre manager Thalia has been great in building strong relationships with families, children and broader community. Our questions are answered straight away. We feel heard, supported and understood. All of the festivals, and events are celebrated with great joy and inclusive approach. I hope they keep it same way.

Having recently moved to Journey from another centre in the area, we are absolutely thrilled with our decision and couldn't be happier. From the moment we enquired about enrolling, staff and management have been professional, caring, and always willing to help. The centre layout is very well thought out and makes the absolute best use of available space, including a fantastic outdoor play area with plenty of cover for rainy or hot days. We can't recommend this centre highly enough and it has been a real eye opener to see how a centre SHOULD be run.

My daughter is happy in this centre. The staffs are very nice and kind, the communication from the room educators is sufficient and on time. Always have feedback from the educators about my daughter’s progress in the centre and some suggestions for us to help her to improve. Love to see my daughter’s smiling face when picking her up and listening to her about the fun day in the centre.

The educaters are very patient and responsible. That differeciates good childcares from bad childcares. My son was reluctant to join group plays. The educators here always encourage him to join in. Now he can join the group and has more fun than before.

When I first began searching for an early learning centre for my daughter, I visited several, but none stood out like Journey ELC Burwood. From day one, it has provided an environment where my daughter has thrived and grown immensely. I couldn't have chosen a better childcare centre. Whenever someone asks for childcare recommendations, I confidently recommend Journey ELC Burwood without hesitation.

We just moved to Australa over a year ago and thankfully, this centre has room for my 1 year old son then. He started at nursery 2 and I was so happy with his first educators: Susie, Angela & Vivian and shortly after he turned 2 last year, he was moved to toddler 2, his current room. I have seen a lot of improvements in terms of maturity, independence, communication and social skills - all thanks to his educators Sanaz & Lakaya. I don't have any regrets and I am so happy with the service. Thanks, Journey!
