Joslin Rhodes have taken the strain off us having to worry about money now that we have retired. They keep us informed and advised at every stage. It's a bit like having a friend who you can trust to look after your financial health while you are free to go about enjoying the rest of your life. They are friendly and welcoming even if you just pop in to say hello. Can't fault them, I trust them more with my money than I trust the husband !
Went into Joslin Rhodes not intending to retire just get some advise , After a friendly informal meeting and providing all my pension information I had , a meeting was set up for a more informative meeting, after listening to all the options open to me I decided to hand in my notice the same day. I know not everyone is in the same position as we were, to be honest we did not realize what we could take out of our pension each month till we talked to Joslin Rhodes .I have no regrets about retireing early , We have at least one meeting a year to find out how our money is doing, when I say meeting it's like meeting friends for coffee and a catch up , all the staff are fantastic, the staff all appear to be happy and chilled out , I think this gives us confidence that the right people are looking after our money, I know through the place that I worked at that some companies charge less commission, but listening to how they are treated after joining company I much prefer how we are treated and consulted, When we first went to Joslin Rhodes they offered the first meeting free , so to be honest book that meeting and let them advise you what action is open to you. We were unsure how to manage both our savings and pensions. We went along to see the team at Joslin Rhodes and had several discussions about options open to us. The team there are all friendly, approachable and most of all knowledgeable. We have now both investments and pensions being managed by Joslin Rhodes. We can now get on and enjoy our retirement.

We called into Joslin Rhodes after recommendation from work colleagues. We went through a number of sessions talking and reviewing our situation with the view for early retirement. We were fully supported and given reassuring advice in making a decision to retire early and are now very happy in our retirement. When ever we phone or call in to Joslin Rhodes we are greeted with a warm friendly greeting and nothing is to much trouble and given priority straight away . We would not hesitate to recommend Joslin Rhodes.

This company are trying to charge for a service I actually didn’t want and they didn’t listen to what we said and then got things wrong….after having a further meeting it was advised they where not going to charge now they have tried to go back on their word !!! They gave advice on things we knew already!!! We wished I had never stepped foot in the place !
