Expedient, knowledgeable and very responsiveExpedient, knowledgeable and very responsive Josh was awesome to work with—he was efficient, welcoming and executed things in a timely manner. He answered questions we had as well as giving us answers to questions we didn’t know we had.
Josh assisted us in deciding where to allocate funds to get us in the right place financially, giving us a better rate than we would have gotten otherwise.
Because of him, we were able to close on our new home in only 15 days. 10/10 recommend!

First time buyerFirst time buyer Buying a first home is incredibly stressful, and for someone without a financial background securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. Josh was able to boil down all the rates and acronyms into logical information we needed to make the right decision. If you looking to buy a house but don’t think you can get approve….call Josh. But you have to be able to listen and act on his request. Don’t think that he will do all the work because you have to put forth that effort. In the end you will come out with a home that you desire and deserve. Whatever Josh ask me to do I did right away and even when he ask me to stop doing something then I stopped. Now I have a home that I love and I can afford. Thank you for everything that you done.

Cannot beat the service! Excellent and above and beyond.
I've purchased nine homes in my life so far...and I'm writing this review because this Loan Office Josh Jones deserves it! I was surprised by his excellent service. And truth be told, I've never had this kind of service with any bank or loan product before. And yes, it took me a bit off guard, because he was so spot on. He communicated quickly and clearly and provided us information on everything we needed and wanted. He clearly explained what we were uncertain about and with patience. Folks, I can't recommend him enough. He's already working with one of our daughters and I will refer to him whenever I can. Thanks so much for great service.

Efficient and professional

Above and beyond!!!
Josh was so great to work with. We had some down payment issues, but Josh put together a strategy where we were able to purchase a home without having to wait 9 more months to save money. Communication was amazing through the whole process

An Officer (loan) and a gentleman.
Josh was introduced to me by my real estate agent and there were a few complications with my credit in which Josh was able to provide me with in-depth knowledge of what I needed to do to improve my credit score. He was there every step of the way and was a true professional and gentleman in dealing with me. His knowledge of the mortgage business was second to none and I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage. He was also able to close my loan within 30 days which to me was a remarkable feat in itself.

Amazing lender
Josh was an amazing guy to work with. We were looking in multiple states and we had to bid on multiple homes. He was always within reach and had preapprovals done quickly. He unfortunately wasn’t licensed in the state we finally went with but was literally at my beck and call to answer questions day and night. Super nice personality. I would recommend him to anyone!
