Two affable young plumbers were despatched within 48 hours to clear a severe clog in our basement shower and toilet. Toilet had to be removed to access the drain, which was snaked and cleared. About an hour in total. Cost was $1,000.

We are impressed with the communication and service we received from John the Plumber. The plumber was professional and courteous. We are happy with the results of the repair.

John the Plumber is my first call whenever I have an issue, and Mike is who I ask for to fix the problem. He is dependable and someone I trust to efficiently and expertly get the job done. I have never been disappointed. Although no one likes a plumbing issue, I must admit it’s a pleasure to see Mike arrive to save the day!

Michael was great in fixing my clogged kitchen sink. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me and show the computer screen while checking the drain. Definitely recommend John the Plumber.

Needed a plumber ( Sunday morning ) to fix my dads toilet 🚽 was dripping downstairs, the new toilet had been installed incorrectly, was told it would cost 💲 luckily I called John the plumber, the receptionist was so professional she had a plumber drop by immediately I was expecting John but Arslan came was very professional knew his stuff gave me a reasonable quote and did a fantastic job all round John the plumber gets a 10 out of 10 need I say more

Firstly, I would like to say that the service and communication provided at all points was excellent. I have no issues with the work done at this time, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would likely not return for new business though, due to the pricing. I was in a position where I just wanted the work done and absolutely agreed to the quoted price, but a day later and looking back, even after considering a warranty being included, labor, parts, and overhead costs, the quote is very high.

Great service and done fast

Called Sunday late afternoon to help us with an issue. Michael G came Monday morning and helped with the clogging issue. Great guy and service.

Mike showed up on time and was extremely personable and professional. He quickly determined the problems, indicated how they could be easily corrected, gave me the estimated cost before he started work, and then on my approval, got right to work. I am very impressed with Mike and he couldn't have represented your company any better.

We are a small charity in Oakville that offers in-person grief support to children and teens and 2 out of 3 of our toilets got backed up. We called John the Plumber and within a few hours of my call they came in, assessed the problem, let me know the cost, and showed me in detail what the issue was. Michael G. was the plumber and he was extremely polite and very thorough. It was a nasty stinky job yet he took the time to clean everything up before he left. I would definitely recommend using this plumbing company again.
