Clogged drain pipe and drain repair. I had called John the Plumber to which I found on Google to fix a badly clogged Kitchen sink drain. I am so happy I did. Michael and Simon showed up to my house right on the selected time we had agreed. They assessed the situation thoroughly. Once I agreed to the quote they got to work on the problem right away. Both worked together really well and were friendly. Thanks again to both of you!

Provided thorough explanations of my different options and helped awnser many questions I had before completing the work quickly and efficiently. Pricing was also very reasonable and the whole process, which included on-site inspection, quote, and full installation of plumbing for washer/dryer + drainage + venting, took two days from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Good and efficient service from John the Plumber team! Michael arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the kitchen sink clogging issue and also discovered a leak that we hadn't noticed before. Michael explained what they would doing to fix the issue. They used a snake to unclog and clean the pipe, showed us the what was blocking the water from draining well. Thank you! 04/01/24 I had to call John the Plumber again for a cracked pipe see below. Also the Faucet that Mark installed 3 months go was becoming shaky because there’s a large hole in the laminate counter. I purchased an under mount brass plate for issues like these for moving faucets. Moen model. Mark called me when he would be arriving. He was professional and clean and took off his shoes to keep my floor clean. He corrected the shaky faucet and installed a new pipe. He cleaned up everything and took away all the garbage and debris. Thank you again Mark! 04/03/24 Mark had to come back for a small leak from the shifting of the pipes. He called and arrived when he said he would. He inspected it and tightened the area necessary. That solved the issue for the leak. Great service! Thanks Mark!

They showed up on time. Told me the price and did the job right. Billed me as quoted. Mike knows his stuff but since I have bad hearing he was difficult for me to understand. He was patient and well mannered.

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable service people. Crew arrived within the specified time window. Simon diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained the potential solutions to my problem. He started with the simplest method, which cleared the problem and cleaned up after the work was performed.

Fantastic service. I called John the plumber to fix a pipe that had sprung a leak. They were finished in under an hour, and left the job site is so clean, you would never know they were there. highly recommend calling them.
