Worked with Cameron and Jordan at John the Plumber. Both very professional, polite, informative and efficient. Installed new toilets, workmanship was excellent. Cameron was on site first and he answered all my questions very knowledgeably and professionally. He kindly explained various options to address the issue. During the installation, both Cameron and Jordan showed me their progress and explained what was being done. The finished work was of excellent quality. Highly recommend John the Plumber and working with Cameron and Jordan!
I booked on-line with John the Plumber and got an appointment for the very same day. I had to change it due to a sudden schedule change and they were very prompt and accommodating to change it to the following day (today). Matt showed up and expertly fixed both problems (a kitchen faucet that wouldn’t shut off and very low flow to our in-door water dispenser on our fridge). Matt was very polite and left his work space clean and neat. He spent about 1 1/2 hours here. Changed valves, soldered, etc. Got $20 off for booking on-line.

Garrett installed three new toilets after we started having problems with old ones getting backed up. The installation went smoothly and he and his assistant had them up and running in under two hours. We were very pleased with the installation man quality of the toilets.

Arrived when they said they would. Plumber was pleasant, personable and very professional. Explained what was causing the problem,, addressed it and demonstrated to me that it had been resolved. Very positive experience and will definitely use again.

Andrew was prompt, informative, and professional. We were extremely happy with the service. Colin joined later on in the job and was equally as impressive.
The work was phenomenal and they left the job site very clean.
A bonus note, both guys were very kind to my 4 year old who was having a great time bringing them stickers for a job well done.
I will use John the Plumber again and specifically be requesting Andrew.

I called this company to get a quote to hook-up a kitchen sink and dishwasher. The dishwasher was already installed as was the sink and the rough-in for the water supply and drain had recently been completed.
When I called, I asked how the service worked and SPECIFICALLY explained that I was concerned about paying $90 for a “service call” if I was going to be quoted over $1,000 (knowing that would be a ridiculously high price to pay for the work I needed done) and asked if they could give me some sense of the range they would charge for the work I required. I was told “no”. When I expressed my hesitancy again, I was reminded of the great reviews and it was suggested that the company wouldn’t have such a high rating if it was quoting ridiculously high prices for the work.
The plumber who came quoted me $1,200 for a job that would take less than two hours!!!!
I ended up getting a local plumber and paid $750 for a great job that took about 60-90 minutes.
I would NOT recommend John the Plumber.
Colin and Andrew arrived about two hours after I called in. They identified the problem, found some additional issues, and had everything resolved and were out the door in about 30 minutes. Fantastic service.

My shower wouldn't turn off. John the Plumber answered the phone quickly, gave me a same day appointment, showed up on time, knew exactly what to do and returned with the required part (a cartridge) and now the shower turns off smoothly. What more could you ask for?
