We had two toilets that simultaneously had (unrelated) issues. I was able to schedule everything online for a time frame that worked well for me. When the two plumbers showed up, they gave me a quote for the repairs. Colin and Andrew were GREAT. They came through at 2:20PM and left at 3:00PM, it was so quick. Colin literally took our toilet out repaired what was under it causing the damage, while Andrew worked on the water pipe (I'm not 100% sure but something was) with the other toilet. They were quick, efficient, professional. I would 10/10 book again and recommend. Love the online booking feature, timely service, and fair pricing!

We replaced our toilets in May. A leak occurred after a month. Because of the warrantee, we did not need to pay for the fixation. Company also sent a second plumber to evaluate the fixation for free as I requested. If there wasn't a leak, I would give a five star.

We’ve had this company out on several occasions over the last year and really appreciate their prompt service in helping with some of the challenges that come with an older home—I don’t think we’ve ever waited more than a day or two to get someone out for non-urgent work. Colin, Andrew and Rob have answered our (many) questions and explained our options at each service call, and have always left the work area tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to have them out for future work.

The workers were very efficient in assessing the leak in our kitchen drain. Quickly repaired the problem by replacing a section of plastic piping. Relatively expensive operation considering the time required.

Job was done well and in a timely fashion. I was pleased wth the results and the plumbers. My only concern is the cost which is about double what it should be for the job. I will not be using your services again only because of the cost.

Not the cavalry! I was left with more problems than what I had called about. I am a senior lady in a house that is new to me. I have been contacted by the company which has offered apologies, a bit of a refund and promise of free winterizing

Colin and Andrew did a great job of clearing a blockage that was causing my whole system to back up. They worked hard and efficiently and got a pretty stubborn blockage cleared out in no time. I had a few other concerns and questions about my system and Colin was great in helping me check some stuff and give me information to use moving forwards.
