Even more unbelievable---I filed a complaint with BBB and Johnson had my complaint invalidated because my payment was to United Van Lines--even though it was Johnson's people billing us, and telling us the bank refused the first attempt because the amount was higher than our safety limit.
Johnson is refusing to accept a single bit of responsibility for what their laborers did. I have no words. They are seriously everything that is wrong in this crazy world. Pushing blame onto others when it's all their own.
Again DO NOT USE if you want your items to be assembled in your new home, or to be I damaged when they get there.

As stated in the "Rights and Responsibilities Manual" and the FMCSA's "Ready to Move" brochure that you received prior to your move, you should file a claim as soon as possible. Horrible company - thieves
Literally the worst moving experience I have ever had. Not only did they hire people to pack me that didn’t care, they threw everything in crates without ensuring my things would not more around in the crate so a ton of stuff was damaged. AND they stole from me - like expensive electronic equipment. I would never use them again and recommend you go elsewhere.

Definitely some of the best movers I’ve had in my experience in the military. Walk through was smooth and plan of execution went accordingly. Helped in shared concerns and professionalism was there. Handled my move and apartment with care. As a single parent grateful for the experience. Juan’s Crew will be an option for moving in the future.

We have moved 5 or six times in the past 10 years (military moves) Juan's crew just moved us into our new home. By far the best experience we have had. Professional. Courteous and work tirelessly. I would highly reccomend them for every move.

I had a disastrous experience with this company. The movers were not only totally rude and disrespectful, they also caused major damage to my furniture and furnishings. I would never in a million years use this company again!
