Got towed here by AAA because they said this was an auto repair shop that they work with, got here and the guy said he wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Friday (it’s Tuesday today) because he “doesn’t have any space” I’m literally looking at 2 open lifts right now…. I believe this white msn is discriminating against me and just simply didn’t want to help so he wasted no time turning me down for servicing which is very unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend this place. Waste of a tow.
Wonderful experience at Johnny’s! As a first time car owner, I was pretty lost in all the car maintenance talk. Chris made the process incredibly easy. I got an appointment the same day I called, got an oil change with a free 59 point inspection, and got a text within a couple of hours after with the results. The only extra thing I needed was a tire rotation which I suspected. No annoying upselling! I even had a large scratch on the side of my car that they didn’t even try sales-talking me into getting repaired. The staff at Johnny’s seem honest, fair, and feel like family. I recommend them to everyone that just got their first car and are new to the car world. Fair prices too! (Better than the dealership and Valvoline). Will be returning. I trust them with my car!
I made an appointment to fix my air conditioning. I was told by another mechanic it would need a new compressor. The mechanic at Johnny's found that vacuuming out the old coolant and recharging the system corrected the problem. They also changed my oil and found a leak in my power steering line.
Johnnys auto service has the best mechanics! They are knowledgeable and efficient. Plus you can trust them because they are honest and don't swindle you in to fixing something that doesn't need it like others do or over charge for their services. I recommend it to all my friends and family, whether it's routine maintenance or an emergency, this is the best place to go.
I CALLED TO GET A BALL PARK PRICE ON REPLACING MY POWER STEERING PUMP ON MY CAR AND SHAWNA FIRST HUNG UP ON ME AND AFTER CALLING BACK SHE WAS VERY SARCASTIC WITH ME. I ASKED FOR SOME SORT OF FIGURE AND SHE CLAIMS ANYWHERE FROM $1 TO $10,000 ?? REALLY SUMS UP A BUSINESS I TRUST WITH MY CAR.
“Doesn’t install customer parts” AKA we wanna rip you off and won’t let you buy parts for what they’re actually worth. Dumb rule, good thing every other mechanic does. Only left this review to let you non mechanical inclined people that the rule is bogus and they’re just trying to make as much money as they can off you.
