Terrible customer service. The worker i dealt with was throwing my computer around didn't want to answer my questions and by the end told me he couldn't help me with a simple problem, replacing my thermal paste.

Worse computer shop in town they are impersonation Joe Joe is retired and they waste your time blew half of tank og gas going to them for a intern for them to say no

Have a 12 year old Dell desktop. Never had an issue until a couple of months ago. Wouldn't launch, tried everything. Had two IT pros look at it they couldn't fix it. Was about to toss it when I read some of the reviews for Joe's. Figured why not? Brought it in, less than a week later they'd fixed it. Price was worth it and I would recommend Joe's in a heartbeat.

I would absolutely not recommend. Took my computer here about 2 months ago but haven't really used it since. First he gave me a computer back with it still cloudy
Then had to wait longer for a newer screen . Then ever since I got it back issues with the f buttons and the mouse and it randomly freezes. Never did that before fixing it . So I absolutely don't recommend this place. Take ur business to the comp shop in attleboro in that plaza

I was having power issues with my gaming computer, i replace the power supply and motherboard myself hoping that would fix it but i was still having issues. Brought it here and within 20 mins he found the issue and had it resolved for me. Great experience, they really seem like they have a passion for this stuff and want to help people. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend to my friends!

I had a great experience at Joe's when I brought my computer in for a hardware issue related to the power strip. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They took the time to clearly explain what the possible issues were and walked me through my best options for getting it fixed. The technician was able to clean the Shift key that was sticking at times due to a spilled drink. We went to Best Buy and the Apple Store first and they quoted us hundreds of dollars. We saved hundreds by going to Joe’s Computer Services. Thank you JCS!

Yesterday I visited Joe's Computer Services for the first time with a software problem that for three weeks couldn't be solved. I was immediately welcomed by the staff person on duty, Zach, who listened to my problem and in a matter of minutes solved the problem. I was amazed and grateful that Zach was able to solve an issue that that had halted my work for weeks and sent me on my way completely satisfied. Joe's Computer Service now has a new, loyal customer. Top notch service! Im pretty tech-y but has some issues with a computer I built for my photography and video production work. I brought it into Joe's and the incredibly kind and communicative staff had a plethora of ideas to resolve the issues I faced. They came in significantly cheaper than I had anticipated and my computer runs extremely well and is silent! I'll be a customer for life - highly recommended

We purchased or lap top and 24” screen a number of years ago. I received an email from Joe’s team that Office10 will not be supported after October. I took my lap top to the store, they checked it out and updated. While there we decided to go with a new 27” screen. Ordered it and received it in less than a week, assembled!!! These folks are nothing short of incredible when it comes to your computer needs! You won’t go wrong with them!
