N/A Pros:Working from home is the only pro Cons:I applied to several opportunities on the Vyne but was let go due to inactivity. I sent an email to human resources for clarification and was told "we will not be offering you anymore work." I was locked out of my working solutions email/the Vyne login page. I did not receive any communication regarding inactivity. I was the one that had to reach out due to human resources. I can't help if I applied to numerous job programs and wasn't chosen. The pay is also very low along with critical metrics/QA. I never felt like an independent contractor. I felt like an employee. I was told numerous times that the job programs were long termed just to turn around and tell us the client is ending their contract with working solutions only after working short term. Technical issues is a big factor with working solutions as well. The crazy part is that I was planning on leaving them anyway because deep down inside I know that I deserve more pay and know my self worth. I'm ready to start a new journey. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Everything was stressful. The low pay, technical issues on their end, lack of communication, critical metrics/QA , lack of programs, lack of hours, no pay for training, feeling like an employee rather an independent contractor, short term contracts with clients, negative behavior, treated poorly, and not feeling like a valuable independent contractor. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Negative, critical, lack of support, not treated like a valuable independent contractor What is a typical day like for you at the company? A typically day is stressful like always. Advice to Management:Treat independent contractors like a real independent contractor that feels valuable and appreciated. Increase the pay. Show empathy and sympathy like you want us to show. Stop the hypocrisy. Fix the technical issues. Stop the negativity. Improve communication skills. Stop the critical metrics/QA scores. Stop the lies about contracts being long termed. Pay for training. Make room for advancement. I applied to several opportunities on the Vyne but was let go due to inactivity. I was terminated after working almost a month for handling a phone call wrong, so they don't give you room for mistakes. My prepaid card came in after my second paycheck. When I linked my bank account, my check didn't deposit for two more days. They don't pay you for all the time you work. They only pay you for "productive" time, so your pay is somewhat dependent on customers answering the phone. I would not recommend working there.

It’s okay Pros:Can set your own schedule Multiple contract opportunities Helping capable customers is rewarding Cons:Speaking to their TurboTax contract only: Pays by the minute Constant tech changes requires logging in an hour in advance on your own time. Cliquish support. You are expected to meet metrics that can be unreachable, ie, elderly customers aged out of tax prep, but expectation is to resolve their issue in a timely manner when they sadly need 30 minutes just to connect to the screenshare app so you can possibly help them, another two hours navigating them to an unresolved end. Then you are dinged for handle time and possibly for the customer’s negative review, Not enough support. Scheduling hours is sporadic. Advice to Management:Push your weight with Intuit. And when you require agents to skill-up to Resolutions, Security, etc., pay better and provide more support.

Good employer but not enough hours Pros:They are patient and helpful and hands off. Good training and relatively easy work. Cons:Not enough hours. Only like 12-15 hours. Advice to Management:Be aware of how many hours we need and have enough hours and not too many people onone account.

OK if you're desperate Pros:Flexible hours when you can get them Cons:No benefits If their technology goes down, you don't get paid. If their tech goes down, you are expected to drop hours every 15 mins until their tech comes back up or it negatively effects your metrics. Impossible to guess how much you'll be paid - monitored by AI that reduces pay if you'd don't talk often enough. QA people inaccurately critique your calls and you have no recourse. Advice to Management:Do better

Overall Nice Company Pros:Work from home using your own equipment. Set your own hours. Excellent training with competent instructors, as well as good support. An interesting variety of programs are posted periodically for application. Cons:Many contractors are vying for the same hours. Programs have minimal hours required in the contract, and it is challenging to secure more than those hours due to the high demand for the same hours from many people. Therefore, pay is minimal. This is a side gig at best. Advice to Management:Add virtual chat contracts. Increase base pay or decrease the amount of competition for hours.

Wonderful Company Pros:Fantastic team members and programs, in depth training with phenomenal support. Cons:Pay isn't great but the flexibility of being an independent contractor helps make it more tolerable. Advice to Management:Increase pay to 15+/hr min. Contract chat only / no phone positions.

Dismissive Complaints. Pros:Other than you have employment, there are no pros with this company. Not anymore. Cons:"Working Solutions Response- We're sorry to hear that you've had a frustrating experience. Thank you for sharing your feedback" This is how they respond to all complaints. Advice to Management:This is a formal complaint regarding the repeated, unresolved issues I — and multiple others on this program — have raised with your company. I want to be extremely clear up front: this is not a threat. I do not conduct my business by making threats. However, the ongoing abuse, apparent favoritism, and dismissive handling of legitimate complaints must stop. If I must take steps to protect my interests, I will do so — but I would prefer this be resolved internally and professionally. Background I have submitted multiple complaints via email and other channels about discriminatory treatment, biased decision-making, and a pattern of generic, non-substantive responses to serious concerns. I and others have also posted feedback on public forums (e.g., Glassdoor). There is no need to respond to those public posts directly if you prefer; however, ignoring the substance of these complaints is unacceptable given the seriousness of the allegations. Concerns Repeated use of templated, generic responses that fail to address facts or offer remedies. Apparent favoritism in staffing/assignments that correlates with race/background and other protected characteristics. Lack of meaningful investigation, transparency, or corrective action despite multiple complaints from different contractors/participants. Requested Actions Acknowledgement of this complaint sent directly to all Independent contractors (not only a templated reply). A formal, documented investigation into the issues raised, including review of prior complaints submitted by me and others. Specific corrective actions you will take (or a plan to determine them) and the time frame for completing the investigation and reporting outcomes. Confirmation that retaliation against complainants will not be tolerated and how you will protect complainants while the investigation is underway. Documentation I have retained copies of all prior complaints and correspondence. I am prepared to provide relevant dates, emails, and supporting information upon request. Next steps and escalation I want this resolved professionally and internally. If the company is unwilling to investigate these matters in good faith or continues to respond with generic, non-substantive replies, I will explore other options to protect my interests and those of others affected. Again: this is not a threat — it is a statement that I will take appropriate and lawful steps if necessary. I expect an individualized, substantive response and confirmation that you will open a formal investigation into these concerns. This email should go to all of the contractors within this company. Requesting that, instead of advising individuals to reach out directly to discuss (as this has, on multiple occasions, led to contract termination when agents sought assistance), a general email be sent to all independent contractors to address the concerns raised
