I have personally worked with Mr's Brenda William Fx Trader and she's top notch! Highly recommend doing business with Her! making over $9,000-$10,000 on a weekly basis with little start up capital of $1000. She is really great, best in the trading field and unique among others. Invest with Mrs Brenda and thank me later. contact her for Trading via the following. Email: brendawilliam784@gmail.com WhatsApp: +1 (401) 542‑9074 Telegram handle: t.me/brendawilliam04

Jumpstart Opportunity Pros:Remote work, Choose your schedule. Cons:No work computer, Lack of hours. Advice to Management:There have been instances where personal computers have been intercepted by unknown parties during calls and after calls. I have witnessed this myself for longer than normal, Over a year. I have also seen other contractors complain about their computers being unable to be accessed or mouse being remotely controlled. I think it's best to think twice about making sure contractors, as well as customer and client info is secured and private. Maybe, being able to provide contractors with computers that are used solely for work would be a better suggestion. With the surge of cybersecurity theft, it is best to have a cybersecurity policy and team in place to ensure best practices for everyone. I believe this has changed my complete perception of using my personal device for remote work altogether. The people in charge of monitoring our data should also be held to the same ethical standards. Accountability is universal.

Conflicted Pros:Working from home, support through some departments, encouraging through training. Cons:Contract hours not fullfilled, first come first serve scheduling drop system, schedule system manipulating, too many tech issues, lack of transparency Advice to Management:If the contract states at least 20 hour fulfillment to stay in program then this says to the contractor that at the very least those hours would be available for scheduling on at least a more consistent then non consistent basis. Then it doesn’t help when the programs are over saturated with pro’s. And when the hours are dropped by a pro and unbeknown to the pros the hours are being taken back by the program so then are not able to be picked up by the other pros that in turn effects the pros metrics. Also asking pros to release current hours and blocking any hours to be picked up due to over scheduling to again manipulate the hours at the end of the week by lifting the block to get people to make up hours on the weekend.

Contract Workers Aren't Disposable Pros:Prior to this 3 or 4 months ago, I would have said it was an excellent place to work. Great management, good support, solid training. Compassionate and understanding management. But with the recent changes, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for reliable income or if you want to feel like a valued team member. If these things are important to you, keep looking. Cons:To be clear, this is regarding one program under the Working Solutions umbrella. But I assume upper management knows and condones it, so they're painted with the same negative brush. This program has been treating its contractors like they're disposable. Lowering the hours well beneath the offered contract, hiring new people when they don't have hours for the people who have been loyal for years. They're driving people out, bringing in new ones. Wash and repeat. Contractors aren't disposable just because we're not employees. Advice to Management:Don't bring in new people if you don't have hours for the people that have been loyal to you. Six to eight hours a week for a 20 hour contract? That's harsh but understandable if the hours aren't there. But repeatedly hiring new people when the current workers can't get a 10 hr week is just an added insult. This management style wouldn't be tolerated if we were employees. You're taking advantage of the situation and of people who trusted you. And you're not doing the new hires any favors, either.

I was hoping that it wouldn’t come to this but unfortunately I have no other option. I found out about working solutions about two months ago through a friend and of course some hesitance about working from home but I was tired of commuting. So after reading the requirements and doing some due diligence I moved forward and purchased the required equipment. A brand new laptop because the one I had wasn’t sufficient for the contract's to potentially be working on a wireless keyboard wired headphones. Totaling about $900 dollars. About a week after I applied I secured an offer from my placement advisor Miss Andrea O’Hair. I started class maybe two weeks later and was present for all classes completed all pre work assignments and was ready to start making live test calls in class. But because of an issue with logins that affected myself and maybe 30 to 40 other people we were unable to continue and because the other class had already been pre filled we had to wait for another contract. So I reached out to Miss O’Hair and she placed me on another contract and after all of the verification that’s needed before all contracts and installing necessary tools needed to make calls I was prepared to start on the date provided. Now I admit I missed the 1st day of class but I was told to be return for class on the 1st of December I believe but the start date was supposed to be the 28th but since I was told otherwise I thought that was the start date. So after missing the start date I was unfortunately unable to continue so I reached out to my placement advisor and was informed because I missed my start date I wouldn’t be placed on another contract at the time. And to make matters worse I was told that this isn’t the only company that offers contract work why don’t I try them out I felt a bit disrespected and and shunned as if I was being a bother by asking to be placed on another contract. And I was already aware of that I didn’t need to be told that because I had already been applying to those other companies! I even sent a few emails to relay my apologies for missing the start date and informed Miss O’Hair that I have applied for several other contracts and sometimes I get a response other times I don’t and I find that very unprofessional and frustrating. I don’t feel that she is for me and I would really like to speak with someone in the matter and not via email I’ve called the corporate office but can never get an answer. I know that you are assigned advisors by last name but I would really like another advisor because you shouldn’t be ignored and after making the investment that I have I feel that I deserve another opportunity. And maybe even Miss O’Hair could be giving a refresher on common curtsey and compassion in the future for your potential clients. I would like someone to reach out to me personally I don’t think that’s to much to ask thank you.
