JJ's holds you hostage and you cant get out of their contract. My bill has more than doubled over 2 years. Anytime you complain about the price increases, they will offer you a lower price but you have to resign a 5 year extension to get the lower price. Once you sign the extension, the price goes up every 3 months. It is an endless cycle. When asked for help, they threatened me with damages. I will not do business with them again.
Extremely disappointed with JJ Waste. I have a full dumpster and was told twice that I was on the schedule to pick up yesterday. I have called 5 times and the only thing I am told is that they put in a request for the account manager to call me and all I can do is wait. When I asked that the call be escalated the rep (who was very polite, I'll give them that), told me that she had done all she could which was reach out to them and leave a message.
I really don't appreciate being lied to. Yenny told me all service in my area was being discontinued and that my dumpster was going to be collected at the end of the month, along with 30 other businesses due to fleet changes. Well everybody in my area still has their dumpsters but me. So, thanks Yenny for the lies and abrupt service end.
Well since the prior review was written Central Waste who was a good company they unfortunately were purchased by JJ's Waste which has turned into a money grabber....entered into an agreement for service at a specific rate, then 1 year in they raised the rate over 50%, when I called to ask about it they say the signed agreement is not a contract just an agreement and they can raise rates but if you want to get out of the contract you have to send a certified letter via USPS and the pay them liquidated damages on the remaining portion of the "agreement" ... typical money grabbing.
Company comes to pick up trash outside my bedroom window at 4 in the morning 4x/week. After multiple calls and emails to them, they only state that they will let the route manger know and notate the account. They do not care about the well being of the residents of the businesses they service.
