I only gave them a 1 because it is the lowest I could possibly go they are horrible the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my lifetime missed pickups just getting them to do business with you is a hassle and best of all they just stopped arriving my area for no reason and we are 2 weeks into the month and they still have there dumpster on my property don’t waste your money
This is an updated to the previous 5 Star review I wrote for this company. The rating has been lowered to 1 star because after 2 payments, the monthly fee was increased by 50%. When I contacted Anthony (the salesperson), he said there was a price increase but he could still give me another discount. The entire interaction appeared planned and seemed like the price increase 2 months after signing an agreement (at a lower rate) is built into their initial sales tactic. The initial conversation never involved an Introductory Rate. We discussed and agreed on a specific price that was not subject to fluctuations or increases.
