We have an annual service contract with J&J Mechanical inc Heating&Cooling. They take care of our tankless water heater, gas powered furnace and our air conditioning. The technicians are friendly and informative and do a great job. This is the third year and we continue to be happy with the J&J technicians that come out. Good service, good communication all around and we have the security to know our systems are well cared for.

I have been a customer for several years and was quite happy. This year has been much less satisfactory. The technician for winter service arrived on time and seemingly did an ok job despite leaving the dirty filter in my attic but that’s minor. What is earning this rating is that I was told that if my unit were to break down it would not be eligible for repair given how typically things break one after another. He was clear that this is the owner’s policy. Why wasn’t that shared when I resigned my annual contract? What is the point of having a contract? Still waiting for a call from owner, which was promised yesterday.

Our technician was Brian. He arrived on time, was pleasant and polite, and explained his process before starting. He worked diligently and quickly to provide routine service to our equipment. At the end of the service he explained everything that was completed and the results. He even provided additional advice to keep our system running efficiently. We have had nothing short of excellent service since starting with J&J Mechanical. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need. Take a look around and you will see their name everywhere. This is the team you want!
