I could not for the life of me get my tire to air up at the gas station. I also needed a top off of oil. I drove across the street to this location and got both a top off and my tires filled by Gabriela. She was incredibly sweet and helpful!

The staff at the Jiffy Lube on Rangeline Rd. went above and beyond to fix my tire pressure sensor problem on Thanksgiving Eve. They didn't have the part they needed (new sensors) or the gadget they needed to reprogram the sensors but they sent a staff member to two other locations to acquire them while I waited. Most places, I suspect, would have said, "Come back on Friday", but Jiffy Lube staff found the parts, went and got them, and had my car fixed in 2 hours. I highly recommend them!

Speedy service, courteous technicians, been going here regularly 25 months, always leave with a smile. The new manager, Ben, took time to show me how as he swapped out my burnt out headlights. You never know what they can do until you ask. With my Senior discount, provided without my even asking, I left under $90 for 6 qts of synthetic blend oil change, and swapping out headlamps I purchased elsewhere. Not just courteous, these guys are fast, capable and willing to show me everything. Great experience!

The workers were very nice and helpful. They even had to run to another store to get an air filter for me. It was a busy time of day so it took longer to get my oil changed, etc

Avoid this location at all costs. This is the most careless and unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with. Over the past year they have made repeated mistakes that easily could have destroyed our vehicles. Last year they nearly blew up my husband’s car after an oil change. Oil poured everywhere, smoke filled the engine, and they had to send a tow truck to our house because their employee had no idea what he was doing. They admitted they were afraid the engine might need to be replaced. That is how severe their mistake was. They gave us several free oil changes as compensation. When we returned, the new crew refused to honor any of it. They claimed the old crew gave things away for free and said they were not honoring anything. My husband explained that this was not a freebie. This was repayment for almost destroying our engine. They still refused. On October 31, 2025, I went in for another service. They would not accept my lifetime 15 percent off coupon even though I paid for it years ago. I had to search for another coupon online. The employee said he had a better deal and applied a tiny discount. A couple days later my check engine light came on. They had replaced my air filter, so I went to AutoZone for a diagnostic. It pointed to the oxygen sensor. I drove two hours to my dad so he could install the new part. When he opened the hood he discovered something unbelievable. There was almost no oil in my car even though this location changed it two weeks prior. He also found that the clip for the air filter had not even been attached. He had to bolt it on himself. This place cannot perform basic services correctly. They take forever as well. My last oil change took two hours and there was only one person ahead of me. I like Jiffy Lube as a company, but this location is dangerous and incompetent. They cut corners, they ignore their mistakes, and they do not care if they damage your vehicle. Do not trust them with your car. Go anywhere else. This place should not even be operating.

Appreciated the kindness of the staff but the fix they performed was not good. We needed a headlight bulb. It works but it either is a bad bulb or it is not connected well enough. It barely shines any light at all. Maybe it is even the wrong bulb? This will require me to take it elsewhere again. We are from out of town and needed this to work. Pretty much a wasted $52.00.

Fast and pushy. This place used to be a little more expensive but was very fast. Now it's 2x the cost of an oil change at a dealership and they push product on you the entire time. Will not go back unfortunately.

The service is good. Their system has corrupt costumer data - not mine. Additionally, I wanted my transmission flushed. The team member who could do the work was not present, though I was told the work could be done

Kenny is a great assistant manager. He greeted me well. He set the right time and price expectations. He treated me fairly. He even closed the door to the managers office to keep the cold wind from blowing into the waiting area without me asking.

Very limited direction. Did not explain pricing. When I was getting ready to leave my overhead lights wouldn’t turn off and had to stay an extra 30 min for them to fix it. Not very professional
