This is the first time I’ve been to Jiffy Lube and wasn’t asked my information up front.(Name, phone etc) I wasn’t asked if I wanted an air filter.
It was done quickly but not friendly at all.
My Groupon included tire rotation and a window treatment. I asked what the window treatment was he said “I don’t know really. I guess just beads water up. I didn’t get the rotation due to time but I wouldn’t return to this location.

Saturday am getting my oil changed was very efficient, smooth, no hassle. As my car was screaming for oil, there were other options available, so happy I chose Jiffy!

I recently brought my Hyundai Veloster into the Jiffy Lube on Michigan Road and was very impressed with their quick service. My Veloster needed a new tire after I got a flat on the freeway, and the Jiffy Lube was conveniently located not far off 465. I was a little worried because my Hyundai has a very unique tire size that is typically not in stock, and it can take multiple days for a shop to order the tire, get it delivered, and then mounted. But Scott, the lead technician, assured me he would have my particular tire in stock and mounted early the next day. He was true to his word and had my Veloster ready by 10am the following morning (I had dropped my car off around 4pm the day before). Scott was very polite and helpful when I dropped the car off and picked it up. They even have an air conditioned waiting area, which I was grateful for after being stranded on the freeway for several hours before getting a tow to their store. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. Fast service and very nice employees there!

Great team. Went above and beyond to make sure to do a great job. They were about of my particular oil filter so the leader on duty sent someone to autozone to grab one. I wish I’d gotten his name to give him a shout out. I was in early Saturday afternoon June 22. Highly recommend
