My car had a piece of the undercarriage that was knocked loose by all the snow and was dragging under the car. The Jiffy Lube team graciously offered to look at the piece and determined that it was broken but could be removed without impacting the operation of the car. They quickly resolved the issue, we’re really kind and didn’t charge me for their efforts! Highly recommend!

I stopped in for my regular oil change, was getting checked in and given a quote of $96.00 for an oil change that normally cost approximately $50.00. While in the lounge there were prices being run on the TV and showed "Signature Oil Service" $57.99. When addressing the staff with this I was told those prices were out of date and new ones were higher.
The manager came in while I was waiting and told me the reason my price had gone p so severely was that the recommended oil for my car was more than the normal routinely used. Agreeing to use my previous profile, the price dropped to $64.00, and I had a $20 discount coupon, for a 44.08 oil change.
My take aways were.
* Prices displayed for customers to see should be honored, not explained away, or not displayed at all. If you show it, honor it!
* Profiles should be addressed at the time of quote and changes made at the customer's request, not per staff discretion
* Display new pricing changes at the bay door where customers enter.

They never have filters in stock, went three times in three weeks same issue. I recommend anywhere else for an oil change.

The guys at this location were excellent! They were great to communicate with me and finished in a quick time. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me things I didn’t need either!!!!

Great service. Done before I could get online on my cell phone. Had all of my data from last visit. So very easy sign in. And much lower cost than dealership. In and out in 5 minutes.

The sales person was extremely pushy in trying to up sell the service. Didn’t ask if I wanted a tire inspection for $29?!? Then got in my car without asking to check the cabin air filter. After I decline both he didn’t say another word to me. I don’t plan on returning.
