The sales person was extremely pushy in trying to up sell the service. Didn’t ask if I wanted a tire inspection for $29?!? Then got in my car without asking to check the cabin air filter. After I decline both he didn’t say another word to me. I don’t plan on returning.

A little disappointed. The only thing that was done was an oil change and car brake light check. Tires were not checked window washer fluid was bone dry and not refilled. Car was not vacuumed or windows washed. They can do better. The employees seemed pre-occupied with what seemed to be a friend's car that was in for service.

Minutes before I arrived at this location, I'd sat at another one just down the street, for minutes, where staff didn't acknowledge my presence, so I left. When I arrived here, I was greeted immediately by a kind staff person and everyone else was equally as kind throughout the service. The service was efficient and well done. Definitely would choose this one again if I were from the area.

This was the most friendly, cheerful, and helpful team. They even let me sit inside my vehicle while they changed my oil. Very efficient and not pushy. This location (Michigan Rd) also offers several other services in addition to oil changes, including brake work and various fluid flushes/changes for maintenance of your vehicle. I’ll be back!

Friendly staff, which did a great job of changing my oil. I had visited this location before needing a repair done on my headlights and because of the friendliness and quality of work that was done, I later returned for an oil change.

When I stopped in on Saturday, the person who I assume was the manager was very upbeat snd engaging. But they didn’t have the oil filter in stock for my truck. He asked me to come back the next day. I came back on Monday and his mood was different. He didn’t remember me from the other day and seemed annoyed. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Regardless, I was in and out fairly quickly.
