We can assure you it's not due to any immutable characteristic or any personal reasons and we're sorry to hear that it was received that way.

We're currently looking in to how we can adjust 3rd party pick up quotes to match our pick-up times, on higher volume nights our pick up times will jump from the normal 10-15 up to 25-30 if there are enough orders placed in a short time.

Our pick up time was running higher and this did not reflect on the Uber app quoted pick-up time, for that we're sorry and we're attempting to fix going forward.

Hello Mike, we're terribly sorry about the technical issues with ordering via your account.
We are able to apply the reward points over the phone if the account issue isn't resolved upon your next order just give us a call and we'll be able to get that sorted.
The preset percentage tips on our website should only be calculated on price and tax and should not be based on delivery fee, there also should be an option to put in a custom tip amount if you choose to do so.
I'm terribly sorry that the process was very inconvenient, our corporate office has had a focus on cleaning up the digital ordering channels so I do want you to know that it is an improvement in the works.
While it may be less convenient you're also more than welcome to call the store, any deals we're running can be applied to your order over the phone and we're always happy to take calls.
