My initial order was incorrectly delivered by a 3rd party vendor. Kevin took accountability of the problem, made new pizzas and personality delivered ordered. He took accountability for an error that’s not his and left a great customer service recovery.

We had the Detroit style which seems to be their specialty. None of us liked the pizza but I suppose others may. Probably would put it in the same class as Dominoes or Little Caesars

I typically order from the store once a week now for the past several months. Service is adequate and the pizza is very good, albeit pricey. I have only ever had a couple of instances where I’ve needed to call to find out what happened to my pizza. Usually received it within about 20 minutes after. One of the better pizza joints in town.
