I had an incredible experience with JetBlack Transportation! They picked us up from JFK in a luxurious Mercedes S580 and provided a full-suited chauffeur. The ride was not only comfortable but also oozed sophistication. Their punctuality and professional service made our journey from the airport to the city stress-free. I highly recommend JetBlack Transportation for a top-notch limousine service in New York City!
I was thoroughly impressed with JetBlack Transportation's attention to detail. The chauffeur was waiting for me at the arrival hall with a name sign, and they were even there before my flight landed. Knowing that my client has scheduled another pickup with them next Friday gives me complete confidence in their reliability and service. JetBlack Transportation truly sets the bar for a first-class limousine experience in New York City.
Avoid! Website is misleading and driver unsafe
Avoid like the plague. Requested a 7:00am from midtown to JFK in an SUV. My wife & I got the front at 6:55am. No driver. 7:00am. No driver. 7:05am. No driver. I call and he said he's close. 7:08am up comes a rundown Toyota minivan and the driver was wearing jeans and a worn Polo. Not a great impression.
Inside was semi-clean, but looked like his family was just in it. Drive started and it was not good - the suspension in the van desperately need replacing - my back still hurts. Then, the driver drove like a maniac, weaving in and out (there were a few 'dear gods' from my wife and lots of eyes squeezed shut). I get this is New York but it was terrible.
Get to the airport (luckily, unharmed) and I try to call Jet Black. 5 separate times. No one picked up. So, I texted, advising the driver was late and was not the car I requested and drover very unsafely. The response I got was that the driver was 'only 7 minutes late' (not true - he was 9 minutes late) and a minivan IS an SUV (I think many people would argue with that - besides, that was not disclosed on the website). So, if I was late, they would charge me but when their guy is late - that's on me somehow. Got it.
30 minutes later I got a text confirming the car that picked me up and I said yes, it was. 40 minutes later i receive another text that "there is heavy traffic in NY and tunnels with the city." And offered a 5% discount. Wow - 5%!! Mind you, this is after they have you prepay a 20% tip.
I respond saying that's not good enough. And Jet Black responds with, oh - absolutely nothing, 13 hours later I text again asking for a response when they offer a rousing 10% of the tip back.
The reason someone picks a car service is to get a confirmed ride at a confirmed time which, with Uber or Lyft, rides get scheduled and canceled all the time. A person also picks a car service because the car is generally of higher quality and the driver is safe and responsible. None of those things happened here and Jet Black just tried to make excuses and rationalizations and they also never apologized for lying on their website about the vehicle, the fact that their driver was late and that he drove very unsafely.
I would rather walk to JFK in the snow then use Jet Black again.
A scam. They charged me 3 times for a ride they never picked me up for!

We waited to get picked up at MetLife Stadium for more than 90 minutes and the driver never arrived. He kept texting me telling us to walk to various lots but then he was not there when we arrived. For some reason, he would not go to the official pick-up lot where the Stadium signs said for cars to pick up and instead he kept telling us to walk to other lots. It was freezing cold and after midnight, but we were being so patient with him and went to all the lots he told us to go to.
Then after we walked for more than a mile around the stadium for more than 90 minutes, he said his office canceled the ride so he wasn't coming after all!
So we called a Lyft and that driver got to us in only 6 minutes.
THEN, the worst part, the company has the gall to bill me for the ride anyway. They lied to AmEx and claimed that I no-showed the ride when I have dozens of text messages from both the driver and their office showing that they are lying.
AND, after they responded to my review by apologizing and claiming they refunded me, they then billed my AmEx again! They have billed me 3 times for a ride I never got! Luckily AmEx keeps deciding in my favor, but this is a huge waste of my time.
JetBlack is a scam. Do NOT use Jet Black. They are dishonest, they will not show up and will charge you anyway!

Needed a last minute ride for a long distance trip from LIC to central NJ. I first tried Uber but the prices were ridiculous. I then found Jet Black Transportation online and was not disappointed! The service was quick and prompt and my driver was lovely. Will definitely be using them again!

Overall, not the greatest of experiences.
The driver was nice and courteous, but the Luxury SUV was filthy and had an odor to it. The website outlines the protocol their drivers follow given the pandemic, which made me want to use them, but once I was picked up, it was clear their guidelines weren’t followed.
That, coupled w/ the company calling at least a dozen times and attempting to sneak in additional charges, all made it an unpleasant experience.
I wouldn’t use them again, nor recommend them to anyone.

Great driver. Dirty car amenities.
The driver was fantastic. He was helpful and caring. The vehicle however was not clean. There was lipstick on the 'clean' champagne glasses. There was also other peoples hair hanging from the ceiling of our limousine. This is a concern in the times of COVID.
