I would give them 0 if possible. They use bait and switch practices, trying to take advantage of customers. I booked a car with an infant seat, and they confirmed and assigned the driver. Then, one day before the trip, they said I have to upgrade to a luxury car in order to get an infant seat. I refused and asked them to cancel. They said they will, but charge a cancellation fee. They never cancelled, and I’m disputing the charge with the credit card company. Disgusting behavior. Stay away.
UPDATE1: Let me add that following this review, the company phoned me (despite pretending in the answer below they don’t know my reservation number) and asked me to take down the review in order to get my reimbursement. Despicable!
UPDATE2: They lied to the credit card company that they gave me a ride by faking GPS data. I easily disproved this.
LAST UPDATE: The credit card company agreed with me, and I got my money back. But it was quite stressful, so stay away from this awful company!

For clarity, our policy is that if a booking has been confirmed and paid for, a cancellation fee may apply in case of cancellation. If a passenger cancels before confirmation, no fee is charged. In some cases, an upgrade may be suggested only if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle originally requested, but this is never mandatory unless it’s necessary for safety or compliance reasons.

Please don't use them, and they are terrible. The car was not big enough for my family, and we had to squish in, which was not a great start for our trip to New York. They were very responsive, saying they care about customers, but it was clear they didn't and we would never use them again.

Colin, according to our records, the vehicle sent was the exact category and size that was selected at the time of booking, including the passenger and luggage capacity listed on our website and confirmation email. However, it appears there was a miscalculation in the number of passengers and amount of luggage needed for this trip, which unfortunately made the ride less comfortable than either of us would have wanted. To acknowledge the inconvenience, our team processed a 20% refund to you as a gesture of goodwill and compensation, even though the reserved vehicle type was correctly provided.

The pricing they give online is around half of what they actually charge. They will quote around $60-65 to and from JFK to Manhattan, however, their confirmation will include another $50-60 of charges including a 20% gratuity, a 15% "STC Surcharge" (this is a scam fee), a $5 voucher fee, a $1 CS fee. Please be aware. All of these charges are as scammy as The New Yorker hotel charging "resort fees"!!! I'm done with these scammy companies charging hidden fees. Avoid them.

WARNING: Their driver canceled on us and left us stranded. I’d give them zero stars if that was an option.
I arranged for car service from JFK to midtown days in advance and paid their fees (which are more expensive than what we ended up
having to pay for a taxi). Our plane was delayed but when we arrived at JFK, the driver texted that he was five minutes away and to notify him when we had our luggage. When I texted him shortly after that, he didn’t respond. When I called, the hard to understand driver said he was NOT going to pick us up and told me to call the company. When I demanded a reason he said, and I quote, “because they don’t pay me enough.” I called the company and they said the driver had a family emergency and that they’d send another driver and would call me back with his ETA in a few minutes. I had to call them back while waiting and they told me it’d be 30 minutes for another driver. This was after we’d been waiting already. I canceled and told them to refund me the money I had paid. It’s been more than 24 hours and they have not refunded me for the charge.
UPDATE: I reached out to the contact below and received no response. I called days later and was told they’d refer my refund request to their “billing department.”
We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are very sorry that you were left in that situation, especially after making your booking in advance.
What you described is completely unacceptable, and we’re currently investigating this incident internally, including addressing the driver’s behavior. We understand your frustration with the delay and the lack of communication, and we agree that you deserved better service and faster follow-up regarding your refund.

Used this service on my arrival and departure for my recent New York trip and regret it. Upon arrival we paid to be met at baggage claim. That was a waste of money. They met us and walked us to the curb where we waited another 20 minutes for our car to arrive. They didn’t even help us with the bags.
The way to the airport was worse. We had an early morning flight and my husband went up to the car in the rain to verify the drive, Ken. Ken then had my husband load up all the luggage into the car himself. When we got in the car the driver handed my husband a phone and told him to sign. When my husband asked what he was signing, Ken yelled at him to just sign it. My husband then questioned it again, as we had not been asked to sign something the first time, Ken told him it was policy at to just sign it already. The screen on the phone was blank and we had no clue what the document was. When we arrived at the airport, Ken opened the door for me, but did not help with the bags once again. If I wanted this level of service I would have paid less for an uber.
