I only wish I could give 10 stars to Jesse Warmka and his team. We chose Jesse from North Carolina to help us purchase a home here in Florida. I had a wonderful experience with Jesse. I owned a building lot in Putnam county within an IRA. Jesse helped me to price it realistically. Jesse kept in touch by calling me every week to let me know of any activity on the listing. A buyer expressed interest and Jesse helped me to negotiate a price that was satisfactory. As this was an IRA transaction there were a few extra steps but Jesse handled them, making it very easy for me.
