It's a mixture of both, the food is not that great, but they have good deals on drinks and the vibes are somewhat decent. The guys serving are very nice and friendly.

Hey there, team fans! It's time for SPORTSBALL at Jesse's Xtreme Sports Bar & Liquor Store! This spot hadn't hit my radar since moving to South Florida in 2012 until Brittnee Haas, a top-notch former bartender from the now-closed The Crooked Hook Bar and Grill in Coral Springs recommended it. Skeptical but curious, I decided to dive in. Jesse's is a loud, smoke-free sports bar, buzzing especially on Sundays at 6 p.m. with fans cheering on their favorite teams. What makes it unique? Well, it's got a liquor store right next to it. This place draws an eclectic crowd, from the booming next-door vape and Delta-8 business clientele to families enjoying the game. Take this one family I saw, with their baby in a Ravens shirt, wide awake yet surprisingly quiet, not crying during the Ravens/Chiefs game. Perhaps a closet KC fan? As for the food, the menu's pricing is as aggressive as a linebacker on game day. You've got a '7 items for $7' deal changing every Thursday – today, it included a sausage and pepper sub and a Mini French Dip. Come Monday lunch, the 'ridiculously expensive' $12 8-ounce bacon cheeseburger drops to just $9. Then there's the Cheesesteak, Jesse's claim to fame: 8 ounces of meat oozing with melted white American cheese. Add mushrooms, onions, and hot peppers at no extra cost, or switch it to a Chicken Philly. Served on a soft hoagie roll (I can't confirm if it's an authentic Amoroso, but it's darn good), this sandwich is a behemoth at $12. Want to level up? Throw in some top-notch onion rings for an extra buck. Rachel went for a 10-piece wing order at $14.75. Considering a larger gathering, like for the Super Bowl? Their 50-piece set is $53.75. We tried the garlic wings – loaded with flavor and perfectly brined. Now, let's talk drinks. They're a steal here. I bypassed the questionable special signatures that might lure in spring breakers and went straight for a Guinness. Thanks to the bar staff's insistence on clean lines (it's in their contract!), this Guinness was crisp and clean – not quite top Irish pub quality, but far from the worst I've had. The Amber Bock? Also, a hit, served up ice-cold. The package store was a surprise. Expecting a typical low-end liquor store, I was pleasantly surprised. Sure, they've got the cheap stuff and 10 packs of minis, but there's also a selection of quality rums, vodkas, gins, bourbons, tequilas, and scotches, competitively priced, some even a dollar off what you'd find at Costco. And get this: they stock the entire line of Ol' Smokey moonshine and cream liqueurs – a range I haven't seen even at Total Wine in Coral Springs. Plus, they offer Delta-8 gummies, snacks, candy bars, and a full vape section. Jesse's Xtreme Sports Bar & Liquor Store is worth revisiting. If it's been a while since you last stopped by, consider giving it another shot. I know I'll be back.

Update: January 2024 - Came again, this time during Happy Hour. Bars and patrons were very pleasant. They had a great deal on the wings. Was curious about the place after seeing it advertised on Event Brite for a comedy show night. The post said 8 pm start but it started at 9 pm. The place has ample parking, inside it has plenty of room for bar seating, table seating, good music and game night - like pool, darts, and watching sports on the big screen TVs. The environment was mostly smoke-free, except for the 1 customer vaping. All of the servers and bartenders are constantly moving at warp speed. Where do the servers get their dynamic energy from? I ordered chicken fingers and fries. It was tasty and satisfying. My company liked their generous serving of alcoholic (Yuengling beer, Tito’s vodka) drinks, too. When the comedy acts began, many of the customers weren’t paying attention and kept talking, so it was hard to hear the comedy acts even though they were using a microphone.But what I managed to hear was humorous, entertaining. I think this is a good place to hang out; servers and customers seem friendly and happy.

Don’t waste your time. WORST customer service. Focused more on being on the computer. Better off going elsewhere. Unfortunately, I was not greeted. There were no customers in the store besides myself. I walked into someone very busy on the computer. I stood in front of the limited selection in front of the associate at the cash register wondering if I was going to be asked if I needed help…because I did. After waiting, I proceeded to ask the very occupied associate if the size I needed was available. He answered which I was grateful for and expected but quickly went back to his computer work. Did not suggest other options or recommend the additional sizes I viewed in the back of the store. I guess orders are more important than immediate sales. Spending money instead of wanting to make it. All good. Just don’t want someone else to feel the way I did being somewhere new. Oh and just to mention. This liquor store is connected to a bar so whatever size I wanted of almost anything I would have “assumed” would be suggested to be served at the bar. Disappointing.

Ma'am maybe you didn't hear me but I definitely said "Hi, How are you doing tonight" the moment you walked in. I saw you stand at the counter looking at the selection of 375mL and smaller sizes and gave you a minute to look. You with in seconds of walking in and after I greeted you asked "Is that the smallest size of Patron you carry?" To which I answered "Yes, That is the smallest size we have, we have bigger bottles if you want on the shelves" I am sorry you found this an inadequate response and level of service and I will do my best to remember this for future guests thank you for your feedback :)

I'm not one to give reviews! But who ever is your Grill person in the back, YOU KILL IT! YOUR PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SANDWICHES ARE THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD! I call Jen everytime to let them know! Highly acceptable neighborhood bar. Nore than a dozen draft beers including domestic brands. This means it's not difficult to find 5$ beers if your looking to keep it cheap. Happy hour on Mondays knocks that down to 4$ The hard booze is limited to dive bar varieties, but the barman knows how to make whatever you want and he doesn't "get skinny" on the poor. Bar stools have a back rest and a padded seat so theyre comfortable. 2 pool tables, both set up where the is no "dead zone" you can't shoot from due to interference. Food is barfood. I can't rate I didn't eat. But is a burgers & Wings type of place. Prices are fair. But it's family friendly. Decor is a nod to the owners love of board sports. Cleanly decorated but I'd stop short of saying amazing. I'd say they are his leftover and out grown gear. I approve of the There-Are-Other-Sports Sports Bar theme. This is a fairly masculine place. It's more of a place guys get together after work to watch a game or catch the fights, not really a place to go meet women. Locals are friendly. Good place to check out in CoCo Creek.

Hands down my favorite bar. The atmosphere is always great, and most of all the staff is incredible. The bartenders and owners are AMAZING. Great place to go with friends and grab some drinks and food.

Just left there with a good impression of the place. At first I was refusing to go in but my spouse said let’s go you will like the place, to my surprise I did! Nice calm relaxing and GREAT MUSIC!! wish it was a little more louder (the music) but hey it still was nice to hear 1980’s REAL music! Wow took me back! The bar was clean and no loud creepy men. The place has lots of tv and many oldies decor very cool. Wings were very good! Nice cold bear… it’s a Tuesday 9:30pm and was a very nice chill hangout spot. I will be back! Can’t get over the music they were playing THE BEST!! Keep it up!!

Well, here's a Halloween horror story for you, on the way home from Pompano to Coral Springs we stopped by Jesse's for a beverage. Place looked exactly what we were looking for, we sat down at the bar and that's where the issue started...gentleman behind the bar was super reclusive, not personable at all, didn't say hello or even one word....absolutely no personality!! How did he get a job there?? Zero interaction, he should get a job chopping wood in MT. Who hired him?? Looks like he hates his job!! We'd have stayed longer, but his personality just made it impossible. 😥😥☹️

I always enjoy hanging out at Jesse's Bar. It reminds me of the bars my friends and I would find out of nowhere. The people are chill, the drinks are good, and Jesse, as busy as he is, always makes time for the customers. And they have this mocha shake blend thing that is killer!

After passing by Jesses on a few occasions, I decided to give it a try. I'm only upset, I didn't sooner. The second I got out of my car, & walked to the door, I was warmly greeted by some patrons sitting outside & as soon as I sat at the bar, the barmaids were extremely welcoming & pleasant too. Although I didn't try the food, it looked amazing, the drinks were yummy & cheap, the bar, restrooms & curb appeal was nice & clean. I only intended on staying for a short time, but I stayed till closing. I met many regulars & made plenty new friends. I'm so excited to have found my bar-home, & I cannot wait to return. HIGHLY recommended.
