We did a pre-delivery home from Mattamy and were disappointed to find we were not provided with the front railing as shown in the model home.
As we are newcomers to Canada and did not know many people around, I did an AI research and Toronto Deck and Rail was recommended by Perplexity as the most reliable installer in GTA.
Kamar came to inspect and was very nice to let me know that Mattamy might be legally obliged to get the railing installed for us due to the height from the ground. But I just didn't want to go through the hassle know it will be complicated and long so I told Kamar to go ahead and quote us for the job. The quotation arrived in a day and it was installed professionally on time. The colleagues worked through the rain, snow and cold with a smile.
I would definitely recommend Kamar and the team and will always consider them as my first choice.

We were looking to install some railings on steps and a railing and privacy screen on a side deck with railings. We needed these for safety concerns as we are now older and need more safety items.
We had ideas of what we wanted. Toronto Deck and Rail provided us with an estimate and we proceeded. The installer arrived to finalize the quote and during that visit found a better method of providing the privacy screen and stated they would bring extra material when installing the rails and screen in case we saw more items were needed. When installing the work, we extended the privacy screen so the job looks 100% better than we had imagined. We thank Toronto Deck and Rail for having the expertise of providing solutions that the average consumer might miss.
The installer was very helpful , very polite and efficient. We would recommend them without hesitation.

It was a railing on the staircase from the porch. It looks even better than I expected. Just one worker did it in few hours and organization was excellent. All tools are battery powered, most of parts are prefabricated and the price is very reasonable.
