This is a follow-up review from a company that I've left a five-star review from the past from an account that I cannot access any longer. I did initially receive good quality work from them but when I followed up to try to redeem a warranty for a part that broke that should have not of broke they looked for any excuse to not honor the warranty and charge me $150. They said the part broke due to excessive force but it was operated from a garage door opener so that is invalid and they didn't follow up with my subsequent questions or concerns. Companies seem to be great at receiving money but a lot of times not honoring their commitments.

Awesome experience with JE-Complete overhead doors, our garage door was replaced the same day he did the quote. I wanted to ensure I was not ripped off, so did a few check on the web and it turns out he was cheaper than everything I saw. Probably because he owns his own business and can be flexible. Anyhow, a month later, still very happy, and would recommend him to anyone asking.

Called George to check on an issue with the garage door that was previously repaired. He was prompt in responses, and fixed the damage perfectly. He did not charge as he had previously worked on the door and it was covered by his guarantee. George's honesty and professionalism are strong values to be appreciated.
