Idk who the driver is at 4am and supposed to be cleaning the Save Mart shopping center on hageman and Callaway, but he definitely needs to be taught how to do his job. This driver uses no water at all while cleaning the parking lot. He is just stirring up the dirt. And he is done with the whole parking lot within 3 minutes. Doesn't even go down each row. Just zigzags throughout it.
