Jamohl is an amazing Real Estate Agent! This is the second time we requested his professional services, and like the first time, he did a wonderful job assisting on the sale of our house from beginning to end. He demonstrated knowledge, professionalism, and expertise during the whole process! We’re so glad we had Jamohl list our townhouse. From the rough start of dealing with a buyer’s agent having issues with her internet and communications while she was out of the country, to dealing with our contractor having incomplete work on the remodel of our townhome, to the buyer calling Jamohl instead of his agent, Jamohl handled everything so well with tact. I was even ready to give up on this buyer with his long list of demands, but Jamohl assured me they’re not as daunting as they seem and he handled everything so well that we were able to close as scheduled! Jamohl was amazing to work with. We called him with a very short timeline to put in an offer on a home that we were very interested in. He was extremely quick to respond, met with us, viewed the home, and got our offer in with time to spare. He made the process of buying our first home very easy and gave us the confidence we needed to take that step. We knew nothing about buying a house and he walked us through everything and provided great advice in what to look for, how to handle negotiations, and has stayed in contact to remind us about all the little things like replacing our air filters. First time home buyer!!! What a journey it took to be able to start the home buying process, I had no idea what to expect past my pre-approval and had been so laser focused on what needed to happen, to be in a position to buy in Portland, that I was fearful when it came to time to hit the ground running and start shopping. From day one I felt supported and confident in Jamohl's special skill set. He is beyond thorough. Each time I sent a potential home he would examine the listing, offering feedback- not only based on my criteria but his knowledge of the market, real estate law and details that might otherwise be left to an inspector to point out. In this way we saved time and energy eliminating endless showings and focusing on real potential homes for my family. The buying process was at times confusing and disappointing as anxiety over not actually securing a house in this market would creep in, Jamohl was there to keep me steady but also recognized when my priorities shifted along the way and offered flexibility. We were the first time home buyers and very nervous at that, with market getting all crazy on us as soon as we entered. We wanted a buyers only agent in Portland, Oregon area and we found Jamohl who specializes in first time home buyers. Our whole home buying process was very intense, with offers just getting over bide, but Jamohl was very patient with us. Every week with new homes coming around he was always quick to schedule a home viewing for our time slots and always on time for our viewings. He never persuaded us to put an offer on any homes, let alone push us to go above our asking and always guided us to go with the safest option even in the crazy market. Through all those frustration of bidding and loosing he was patient with us. He didn't just help us in the buying process, he made sure we had all the required documents, all the small fixes in the house were checked out by the contractors he recommended(all good at their jobs indeed) and always kept checking on us to make sure we were doing good in our new home, new beginning.
