THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL LEMON LAW FIRM! They will give you hope, but they will not help you at all. I will not recommend this law firm AT ALL. 1-Star Review – Lemon Law Group Partners, PLC I retained Lemon Law Group Partners PLC regarding my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe after it had been serviced 17 times at Tate Dealership in Frederick, MD for the same recurring defect. I provided full documentation and repair history at the outset. I was told I had a strong case and was specifically advised not to drive the vehicle while they evaluated the matter. For nearly four months, there was no meaningful movement or substantive update. Then I received a call from their office stating that I should begin driving the vehicle again and that if it was operating properly, they intended to drop my case. This directly contradicted their earlier instruction and raised serious concerns about how my case was being handled. I requested to speak with an attorney. An attorney did call me, and after I walked him through the entire history again, he assured me the case would not be dropped and told me to wait for his follow-up with additional information. That follow-up never came. Over the next three weeks, I left multiple voicemails requesting an update. I did not receive a return call or even a courtesy email. The lack of communication, inconsistent guidance, and failure to follow through made it impossible to have confidence in their representation. If you are considering this firm, understand that responsiveness and case management may not meet reasonable professional expectations.

Horrible services they don’t care about nothing but money and won’t fight for you. If I known this I would have went with another attorney please don’t waste money cause you won’t win and then they want to term a case but yet can’t send any paperwork to sign I feel like they should loose there license and not be able to be a attorney at all anywhere and brooks Siegel is very unprofessional and like to threaten clients.and they don’t even care that you don’t get paid worst lawyers I ever used I wouldn’t recommend this group. I’ll put it this way I have a complaint in with the Florida bar association

I had problems with the 2024 Roadtrek Zion Slumber I purchased. I got fed up and contacted The Lemon Law Group. I discovered Florida's Lemon Law doesn't cover "the living facilities of recreational vehicles". I contacted the Intake Specialist who said I had a case. He said they file under "Breach of Warranty" instead of Lemon Law. I was assigned a "Case Manager". In addition to the requested paperwork, I submitted a synopsis of the issues, timeline, copies of texts & emails and noted phone calls. I will say that Dimitrii, who was the Document gatherer was very good. Efficient, clear, professional and communicative. The "Appointment Setter" told me I had to go to Dodge RAM for the Mandatory State Inspection. I REPEATEDLY explained this was not a Lemon Law case against Dodge RAM. It was a Breach of Warranty Case against Roadtrek. Neither Anna, the "Appointment Setter" or Pamela, the "Case Manager", would listen. It was 4 weeks of ADDED stress, frustration and hitting my head against their stubborn walls. I asked questions. Received no answer. (LOTS of documentation from me supporting my clearly stated efforts to get them to understand and my and their evading answering my questions.) It was a complete waste of time and kept me from getting the State Mandatory Inspection from the Manufacturer the Case was actually against - Roadtrek. I'd noticed on correspondence that an Attorney was copied on every email. I emailed him. Got an appointment for a Telephone visit. He started off talking over me telling me I had to go to Dodge. ARRGGGHHHHHHH FINALLY, when he let me talk, he understood the situation. He had not read any of the emails he'd been copied on. I addressed emails specifically to him. He told me he'd just forwarded them to the Case Manager (who had refused to listen to facts, reason, questions, examples. She also got snippy.) After the "Attorney" finally gave 5 minutes of his time to the Case and realized the Appointment Setter & Case Manager had been erroneously insisting I go to Dodge, he said it would get straightened out and the Case Manager would be in touch with me. The Case Manager then told me they'd send the Suit to Roadtrek; Roadtrek might take months to respond; Then it would be months to get an appointment set; Then Roadtrek might take months to make a decision. Given the total incompetence I'd been repeatedly subjected to, I told them I had no faith in their "Law Firm" and withdrew my "case" from their "representation". It was a nightmare on top of what was already a nightmare.

They did their job but I just wished that things were explained to me more clearly. Before anything, I was asking a lot of questions, and the things I was concerned about still happened. I was told, over the phone, that I would not pay for legal fees and that I needed to sign the retainer so that they can move forward with case evaluation. I did that, and heard nothing more. I then got an email explaining that their aim is to try and do a pre-litigation and that once they retain me as a client, these were the things to come. While I was still awaiting response on whether or not I have a case/retained as a client I got an email stating a letter was sent to the manufacturer, and that they are awaiting their response. I was then asked to submit my documents, and then contacted after some months regarding the offers made by the manufacturer, each of which requiring legal fees from my end. I asked about it and was told it is a prelitigation and that the manufactures are not required to pay the full fees, and that if I want them to it will requiring going to litigation which would take a while. I asked why that was never mentioned to me and the response was for me to read the retainer they had asked me to sign for them to move forward with my case evaluation. I ended up making a choice among the offers but having spoken to another attorney, he said he would not have recommend the choice I made. He also said no client should ever have to pay for any legal fees when it comes to lemon law. I don’t intend on using them in the future. If you are really lost in a lemon law matter and need more personalized assistance, this is not the firm.

HONEST REVIEW: this process for me took about 6-7 months. However, I did get the full reimbursement from the manufacturer in an ACH payment to my bank account from lemon law partners. Their fee is beyond fair and I didn’t pay them anything. They only got paid when the claim was fully processed and paid from the manufacturer. They even got me money back on the aftermarket stuff that I had paid for for my truck. I would definitely use them again in the future by hopefully I never have a lemon again 🤞🏼🤞🏼 but if you do and want to get paid back for everything you have paid for, I give them 5 stars for getting you all the money you can. This was from October 2023 to March-April 2024 BTW

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my lemon law claim. When I entered into our agreement, my clear intention was to pursue this claim due to my ongoing issues with the leased of a “NEW” truck, which was returned to me like an old car (grease smell and stains all over) after being in the shop for more than 30 days, for the same problem for which I went 3 times in less than a week before it stayed there all that time. I want to clarify that I have consistently communicated my desire to pursue the lemon law option, as documented in our previous email exchanges. I believe that my case was not handled in alignment with the agreement and my expectations, and I feel that the focus may have shifted towards convenience for your firm rather than advocating for my interests as a consumer. I hope other consumers can obtain the resolution that aligns with their original intent. They took too long to do anything on my behalf. They are not the right company to fight for the interests of consumers. They tell you they can enforce the law and then leave you stranded.

They told me I had a case then couldn't win it simple case I bout a brand new car car making noises malfunctioning from day one proof of it video proof of it they represented me couldn't get anywhere with case I called to check on status of case they had dismissed my case and representation moral of story don t buy brand new jeep gladiators cause the dealer or manufacturer won t fix and you ll be stuck with the payment stelantis can t be trusted and and stay far away from lemon there representation is the equivalent of a lemon they wanted to get money off case while I did all the work

These guys are crooks. Please read their bad reviews before working with them. All they care about is getting their $3.5K in fees and nothing else. Once you give them a case, there will be zero communication coming from them and you will be in the dark on what the next steps are. They also keep contradicting what they say. They told me I had to get something notarized and signed to accept the offer from the manufacturer, which I didn’t and next thing I know they sent the acceptance letter to the manufacturer without me signing anything. At this point, I wonder if they forged my signature. I only communicated via email with Pamela and it was terrible. She would never return my calls. They are operating like a factory. Totally fine if you are trying to make a quick buck on your claim but I definitely don’t recommend them for expensive cars. I wish I had worked with a smaller lemon law firm. Again, if you are trying to make $2K or whatever work with them but if you are actually trying to get your car replaced or get a more than 1% of your car’s value through a claim do not work with them. I also did try to complain with a person called William and he was the only nice person I talked to but I had to pretend to be a new customer in order to talk to someone.
