The spring on our garage door broke Saturday night leaving us unable to open the door to get my car out. My husband called first thing Sunday morning to see if someone could come out to fix it. The service call was placed at 9:00 am and by 9:45 am Tino came over to fix it. We completely expected a higher rate to pay as it was Sunday. There was no extra cost to come out and the price to replace the spring was surprisingly low. Tino was extremely personable and efficient. We cannot recommend JC Garage Doors enough. Thank you so very much.

Tino went above and beyond for our tenant with Integrity Property Management. This was our first experience using them. They went to the service call after normal business hours to repair a garage door. The tenants passed along that the team was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Their cost was also very reasonable. Will be using for all our property repairs in the future!

Star#6 * !! Arrived in less than an hour for my urgent call of door stuck half-way open. Managed a quick fix to my 50 year old door, lubricated and described problem and solutions. (No parts available for obsolete door) Very reasonable $, though I would stick with them against any competitor bid.

My garage door spring decided to split a few days before Christmas. I called these guys up, and Garrett answered at 4PM. He was very clear about the window they had available the next day, and they showed up at the time they said they would. Garrett and Roberto did a fantastic job with both the replacement, and educating me on how I could help with the longevity of my springs and tracks in the future. I hope my new spring takes many years to go, but if I ever need garage door servicing in the future, I won't hesitate to call them up!

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Our garage door spring one of its cables. I called JC Doors & Construction and they came out in like 2 hours, fixed my garage door and the total cost was very reasonable! I can’t recommend these guys strongly enough!

No pricing was disclosed ahead of time and no written estimate was provided before the work began. After the repair was finished, I was charged $2,000, which I later learned is far above standard pricing for this type of service in Utah. I requested a fair refund due to the lack of transparency and extremely inflated cost. I hope they address their pricing practices because this felt deceptive and predatory. I called and this really nice young man came in 15 minutes.. Colder seasons are coming and someone broke my garage door and it was wide open with kids in the house. they were able to fix it quickly and were so incredibly kind. When I go to replace it this is where I will come. Very affordable rates.

Out door was completely closed shut and crooked. I gave them a call they were here within an hour with the diagnosis and quote. They went ahead and fixed the door and were gone with in the hour. I was amazed on how quick they came and got everything done. From the receptionist to the individuals who fix the door were so kind so friendly I highly recommend!!! Thank you!

Our door controls died. I called the company, they came out within the hour. Replaced our 35 yr old unit with a new one. Tino was super nice & explained everything patiently to these old folks. He also installed safety sensors which we never had & programmed the unit to open from my car. Nothing but good reviews from us!!

Great company to work with. We got a quote to replace our old garage door. They ordered a door and estimated 3 weeks to arrive from supplier. The door showed up in 2 weeks, they call and said they could put it in the next day. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Removed the old door and installed in 3 hours. Absolutely beautiful job and looks great. If I had to do it again I would think about using anyone else.

We needed a garage door seal, Bri had me send a photo of the bottom of the garage door, they had the seal that was for our model of garage door, gave me advice on how to install it, the gentleman was very knowledgeable, (sleep I forgot your name) but regardless it was A+ customer service!
