horrendous fencing job Poor workmanship, half done job and charged double the quote. They will ask you to pay in cash and not provide a reciept so you’ll have trouble reporting them to authorities for scamming. Had the cheek to ask for tips after a horrendous job.

Good up front but forget any follow-up 2 years ago I would have given Joe and his team a 5* review - no longer. He did 2 jobs for me, both in a very timely manner. The block work on a summer house base (in September 2023) and a subsequent drive (in December 2023) were great - as was the design for the drive landscaping; I was verbally given a 15 year guarantee for the work (though never received any paperwork to confirm this or detail of the work, despite many promises). Sadly, the brickwork on the boundary of a shrubbery proved sub-standard; sand and what mortar there was washing away, to the extent one of the pillars virtually collapsed. Also the stone chipping coverage was so thin, the weeds came through almost immediately. Since March 2024 Joe has been promising to come and rectify the work. After a year of chasing, I suggested I got someone else to do the work and asked JC to reimburse. This they agreed to in June 2025 - I am STILL waiting for the monies promised. The lesson is this may be an excellent and speedy block work company, but don't expect any documentation or follow-up fixes. I found them through Checkatrade; they no longer appear there - perhaps that is meaningful?

Poor workmanship, frustrating service Several issues: 1. I wanted all the clay dug out from under the lawn and this was replaced with planting areas, the digging was so shallow that I asked them to re-do it, still not good enough for planting. 2. Poor finish, edges at borders not neat 3. did not get the additional bark for existing planing areas 4. Patio edges not straight 5. Had to remind them to jet wash the patio which was pre-agreed 6. Fly tipped some wheelbarrows and materials down the side of my garden Really frustrating having repeated conversations to get them to to the agreed job which has still not been done and I am going to have to re-dig the planting areas so I can give the plants good soil. 7. Not told the quoted cost was a cash cost and had to rush to the bank to get it sorted, it was lucky I was off work.

Garden Patio and Path re turf lawn (B69) Very quick and efficient at there job turned our garden around within 4 days has they had to rectify someone else's cowboy work who we had before .Joe prioritised the job has he could see how much stress we was left with after the other chap failed to do a good job and left us and the garden in a right mess. Joe and his team worked very hard to get the garden looking great. Great bunch of Lads certainly would recommend JC Driveways and Landscaping . Well done Lads .

Turf and slabs laid. (CV9) These guys put no pressure on myself to get the work and work well within my budget after they quoted more than I could afford but JC made adjustments to suit my needs. Absolute top bloke and will talk you through the whole process and where they're at with the work. Fully recommend these guys and will be calling them back for more work! Job was completed in 2 days.

Whole new drive, brick around edge with tarmac (DY9) Iv been waiting to do a review on my drive since October 22. Iv waited to give a proper, honest review, as iv been waiting for Joe to rectify issue since the day it was done.But his not shown up again, everyday its a new reason why he cant come. Our drive has movement, its sank in parts, bricks are lose and it wasnt dug low enough, now blocking house air vents. Wouldn't recommend on the basis I cant say his done the job properly and can't trust his work, or that he will ever come back to fix this issues. He knows of the disability use of the drive but still no effort to sort our the problems.
