MOST DEFINITELY 5 STARS‼️ Had water heater replaced 5 years ago by this company and the two young men who did the job were very professional and knowledgeable. Heater is still going strong today with no issues‼️👍 EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I CALLED WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL‼️👍👍👍👍

285 service fee before any known services are rendered for them to just come to your home then additional fees to fix the actual problem. It's giving scam. Avoid at all cost

They probably have great service, but charging a $300 FEE WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT THE ISSUE IS IS RIDICULOUS. THE REP HAD NO EXPLANATION WHAT THIS FEE WAS FOR OR IF WOULD BE CREDITED TO THE JOB.
