JB Mortgages has been extremely helpful towards my process as a first time buyer. John has been excellent in communication with myself, keeping me up to date with finding a mortgage that best suits me. He has helped me get a very good deal for going ahead with my process of buying a house and I recommend him to anyone wanting to find a remortgage quote or as a first time buyer a first mortgage. Emma is THE lady you need if you need a mortgage. Helped us buy our first house under very stressful circumstances and now sorted out the remortgage 2 years on. Same impeccable service, very knowledgeable, attentive and on the ball. Feels like talking to a friend every time we speak. We recommend her to everyone!! He understands the little issues and is able to tailor a package to suit. James and the team handled our remortgage professionally and efficiently - answering all our questions and providing a range of options to suit our circumstances. Their access to deals you won't find on the high street was particularly valuable, as I work as a sole trader - and so getting access to the same competitive rates as those with regular employment is a big bonus.
