Extremely dangerous drivers. They won't be insured very long. 12:30 Aug 28. Tailgating dangerously close doing 130 behind a family in a small car. Disgusting. Reckless.

I’m disappointed to see your negative review for our company Jazoo Express Courier. With 30 + drivers on the road daily, we try our best to train, educate and remind our team of drivers the importance of driving safely.
I’m not aware of this until reading your review just now.
As you’re aware this affects our business outlook, if you’re willing to email/call me directly so I can apologize for what’s occurred by one of our divers so I can find out who it was and educate them about the importance of safe driving.

Excellent, friendly and efficient service! I needed something picked up in Calgary and delivered in Red Deer. I called late day Tuesday and received it Wednesday. Very reasonable rates. Definitely will use again!

BEWARE: Absolutely terrible company to deal with from start to finish. Hired them to courier a package. Spoke directly to the owner and was assured it would make it to the destination. This was an emergency. Long story short, package was delivered to wrong destination. Had to battle to have it returned, and when it finally was, it was damaged. No compensation or apology at all. They say they are 24 hours, this is absolutely not the case. I recommend avoiding this company and going with one of the MANY better alternatives. Simply google them.

Top notch service all around. Jazoo sets the bar high fir other courier companies. Matt and the crew do an amazing job. We had a rush shipment from Red Deer to our Edmonton office and Matt drove up to Red Deer himself and grabbed the package. I now have no worries about parcels arriving on or before time. Great Job Jazoo!!!

I purchased a product from a store who told me this company could deliver my purchase. I called and made an inquiry and was told I would be called back by end of day to confirm if they could deliver to my area. No return call. I called again a couple days later and left a message. I have never heard from them. If you need to transport anything of value, I would be reluctant to trust the professionalism of this company.
