unhappy with my highlights had my highlights with hannah , dont like it all , big chunks of highlights done whereas i did mention i dont want big chunks , on the front there's a big gap on teh root that is not touched and then all of a sudden a big chuck of highlight appears few cm below , i did mention that i dont want orangish color to my hair , i have noticed that orangish color to few of my highlights i will just get sally color and dye it all to one color very unhappy dr khan

Rushed services Brandon cut my hair today and felt like he wasnt that friendly. He was quiet blunt & not understanding about my hair issues. First time he did my hair and it felt very rushed. Didn't blow dry my hair nicely and didn't want to use straighners on my hair. Poo customer building rapport. Just felt like a quick cut and go

Went for a consultation a few weeks ago at the Manchester salon and the woman was very rude and continuously told me how my hair was ‘frazzled’ and would not stop going on about the condition of my hair and basically stated they wouldn’t be able to do anything until I had a lot of my hair cut off but then began to proceed to tell me if they went ahead with doing my hair it would be £200+. Was also told that I have grey hairs which I have never been told before considering I am a young girl. Left feeling very self conscious about my hair and would never give them my business due to the attitude of the staff.

Had a good experience. Antoni did my hair and I appreciated how he knew exactly what to do once he saw the condition my hair was in. There was minimal talking (which I prefer) and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. My only comment is the hair wash could have lasted a bit longer, felt a bit rushed when I was the only customer in at the time. Overall I would recommend and am really happy with my new hair 👍🏻

I came to Anthony in a flap because I’d had a nightmare colour and cut done somewhere else & OH MY GOD. This man is an angel - I cannot believe that he A) rescued it but B) actually made it nicer than what I originally wanted. He was so kind & helpful & I just couldn’t recommend more. Can’t wait to go back (lesson learnt to never go anywhere else haha)

PLEASE AVOID THIS HAIRDRESSER DISGUSTING SERVICE! Absolutely by far the worst hairdresser I have been to. Booked in for an appointment with Barry, then got seen by someone else to tell me that he booked me in for the wrong service. I had a wedding to go to and they told me they didn’t have enough time to do my hair and I’d have to reschedule. They showed no respect at all. What a waste of time. I wouldn’t have rescheduled another appointment even if someone paid me !!!!!

I unfortunately didn’t get very far with this salon. I booked online, however the stylist refused to colour my hair when I attended the appointment. I understood his reason for this, and respected the fact he explained why it was a more complex service than I’d originally thought. He kindly trimmed my fringe and took cuttings of my hair to try and colour and let me know what we would be able to achieve realistically. After being dealt with so honestly I was excited for him to call and finally get my mess of a hair sorted! However he never called back. Disappointing really.
