We last minute needed a few components installed for a PCB design and the school associated company would not answer the phone. However when we called Jaycon Systems they not only answered but quickly helped us find a solution that would work for our project. If you need any kind of work done this should be the first company you pick everyone is very nice and accommodating.

Jaycon Systems performed prototype modifications for me, a complex process - highly specialized work. They modified 10 prototypes, the work was performed as promised, on time, and the quality of the work was flawless. I will use Jaycon again, and I highly recommend them to anyone involved with advanced electronic circuit design.

My company would be completely lost without Jaycon. Working with Jaycon has been a joy. They currently manufacture two different PCB's for Swift Paws Inc. Jaycon was an incredible partner to have while launching our first hardware product. I asked for an impossible (less than 3 weeks) injection mold production schedule running through both Christmas and New Year's, and they got it done. This was followed by an on time launch of our first hardware product, so we couldn't be happier.
We jumped to Jaycon for injection molding late in development because their prices were almost unbelievable compared to other US-based businesses. Other reviews and blog posts made it clear that Jaycon was a dependable group of engineers. After making contact with them, it took less than a week to get started on the project. I worked with one of Jaycon's engineers throughout production, and he provided frequent updates regarding the domestic and foreign work being done to complete our parts on time. Jaycon is fast, reasonably priced, and high-quality. This was a 5-star experience without question.

Jaycon was a critical factor in the commercialization of a product that I created. As a startup it is very difficult to get the attention of a major manufacturer to even provide a quote. Manufacturers that specifically service start ups are better, but getting support to optimize the product for manufacturing is another level. This is where Jaycon excelled. I worked with one Jaycon design engineer so he understood my product. He suggested a change to the design while maintaining the same function to lower my manufacturing cost to one third of the quote that I already had to manufacturer the product how I originally designed it. This design of manufacturability was the service that I very much needed to bring the Device Caddy to market. These guys can replace your entire R&D team, do it at a fraction of the cost AND take you all the way from idea to packaged, shipping product using the best and most effective blend of foreign and domestic manufacturing.
They understand cost, they understand margin, they understand designing for success.
I've been an executive (CFO/COO/CEO) in the tech start up game for almost 20 years and boy do I wish I found them long ago.
If you are serious about developing a commercially viable product, hands down this is the place for you. You will not be able to find the service they provide for anywhere near the cost and they won't waste your time chasing shadows.
I am a paying customer and they have saved me from having to hire in house and their inputs in my designs have saved me in cost, time and quality.
