They literally saved me from the side of the road and expected nothing in return-not even a promise of business. When I mentioned I might take it to a mechanic I knew, there was no pressure, no attitude-just genuine kindness and willingness to help. That kind of integrity is rare these days. Grateful beyond words!
Jason and his crew were great! Our van overheated on the way back home from vacation, and we called them from a nearby parking lot. They were nice enough to come out to us to diagnose and then welcomed our family into his shop.. gave us a comfy place to wait with cute dogs to play with.. and helped get us on our way! We were “lucky” to breakdown close to Jason’s Auto!
I drove here from Texas for work and the CP4 exploded on my truck, I don’t know any auto shop here so I looked on line and they were close to where I broke down, made the call to come get the truck, Dylan was there in 45 minutes, got a call from Jason shortly after that and explained what happened and sent me pictures and a video of what happened.they get the repair work. Those guys are knowledgeable and very easy to deal with, I highly recommend Jason’s auto and anytime towing.
Imagine this…..you’re 400 miles into a 600 mile drive to drop your son off at college. Your wife, son, dog and countless stuff is crammed into your car. All of a sudden, your car starts having a serious issue. Worst timing possible! You pull up Maps and take your chance with the closest repair shop and pull in unannounced. What was our extraordinary bad luck with the car, turned into amazingly good luck as the repair shop we rolled into was Jason’s! Best service experience I’ve ever had. He got us taken care of and saved the day. I only wish he was local to where I live. He’d be the only place I’d ever bring my cars. If you’re fortunate enough to be local to him, he’s who you need to be going to.
Jason was a godsend! Very purpose driven in his service, incredibly empathetic and understanding. Over delivered in all areas of “customer service”. He went out of his way to ensure we were safe and well taken care of. Just a few examples- brought his own car as we had 5 people and only 2 could fit in the tow truck. He allowed us to use his personal car to get to the airport to rent a car. Called us with updates regarding our car as we continued on to our vacation (car broke down on the way). He did everything on our behalf. Took our car to his shop for diagnosis, towed it to the dealership and shared his findings with their service team so they knew what to do and kept us informed so we knew what to do when we returned from vacation. Jason’s accountability to his high standards allowed us to enjoy our vacation worry free! And our return was stress free because all we had to do is pick up the car. No hassles!! If ever in need of a tow or car service Jason is your guy! He’ll treat you like a friend and not a stranger!
My review is long winded but I can't express it otherwise. He was recommended by another tow driver as he was closer to my location (the recommendation in itself was a testament of another professional). We'd been sitting for several hours along the road side trying to find anyone who might be able to come look at an old diesel pickup that had suddenly lost throttle. I had spoken to mechanics from my home area who had given me multiple things to check and try, but all pointing to a bad engine computer. When we finally reached Jason he was taking care of several customers and situations while speaking to me over the phone. He asked me similar questions which I had already tried but during the course of our visit he felt certain I may have blown a fuse. I had looked close earlier in the dim morning hours with a flash light but my old eyes did not seen the very tiny blown fuse under the dash. I replaced the fuse with one I removed from another position and the truck roared to life! He came out with replacement fuses and opened up my steering column and showed me exactly what happened. The wires were bare and would have shorted again later in probably a less safer environment. I asked how much did I owe him? All he wanted was a good review. He saved me well over 2,000.00 as we had already reserved a truck to pull our trailer, a hotel room to stay another 2 nights with the idea to pull our trailer to central Florida and return with another truck the following day to pull our truck back and return the truck we used to pull the trailer, was going to hire him to tow our disabled truck to the hotel we were going to stay at, and I would miss a day of work Monday pulling our truck home, to pay a mechanic to replace a 25 cent fuse and tape up a little bit of bare wire. He was an answer to prayer! He was humble, kind, compassionate, and I hope he BLESSED beyond measure!

Jason(himself) was supposed to look at my car and fix an electrical issue. $1,500 and this is what I get back. $5300, now $6800 dollar car.
The first vehicle I bought when I moved here thinking I have one thing no one could take from me. You proved me wrong. That absolutely broke my heart. All because I just moved and I struggled with money to get it back but that is not an excuse to let something like this happen. No decent owner and I should know because I was one is Ohio. I should’ve never likened to your driver.
