Hey Samantha: I reviewed all of my leads and don’t see you in our system at all. It doesn’t appear that we’ve ever spoken with you or that you’ve even reached out to us. Ben Price did a great job representing my wife and I in a personal injury, car crash case wherein she was hit, head-on, by a teenaged SUV driver. He's a very competent personal injury lawyer and knows all the ins and outs of insurance law, both property/casualty and health. Getting a judgment/settlement is one thing and getting it satisfied (paid) is another; he's great at both. We would definitely hire him again - super competent, super honest, and truly your advocate. He is factual and balanced, he'll give you an honest picture of what's likely to happen and allow you to decide the path you want to take, and if and when to take a settlement offer or keep pushing - all while taking into consideration the personal stress and toll the whole situation/process is inherently putting on you and your family. Being in the midst of litigation and dealing with insurance companies is a very stressful time. Ben Price is who we would hire again if ever forced by an accident to be in that position again.
