I bought my previous house through Janice Dunn as a first-time buyer with a young family. The owner before me, Melinda, had replaced the ceiling shortly before the sale. It later became apparent that the work may have been done to conceal significant damage. Now — what are the chances... a few years later and the very same Melinda is working with Janice Dunn!
When we sold the house a few years later, we tore down the ceiling and fully disclosed the extent of the damage to the new buyers — upholding the integrity we would have appreciated when we purchased.

Great experience, best outcome. Janice is fantastic, We dealt with Janice as buyers. She assist us during the whole process in all our queries. She understands how emotionally taxing is purchasing a new home, and never leaves out the human side of the equation.
Even when things went a bit south, (not of her doing) she liaised with both parties to get a fair outcome. We are very grateful and lucky to have dealt with her during the process of finding our forever home.

I have since changed agents to get my property up to a very standard and this real estate agent is amazing they were very clear and talked us through the process and it wasn’t as bad as we thought. Easy͏ Process, No hassle
We had a very good experience with Janice and her team. Dealing with Janice and her team was seamless, they guided us through the process well and they were always available to answer any of our questions, even on the weekend or after the hours. We were able to arrange an additional inspection before settlement for our trade to do some measuring and quoting so when the property settled we were ready to go.

Janice called me for property feedback after attending an open for inspection which my partner and I were happy to provide, when I mentioned we wanted more yard space she rudely told us there was enough yard space, and that the current owner has 2 dogs. She then slandered another agent who had a much more reasonably priced property on the market claiming that they under quote their properties and to expect to pay above the advertised asking range, a statement I find to be false.

As discussed yesterday you compared our advertised price with another one around the corner that had also hit the market. We discussed how many people where at the open and how it is advertised , and it will sell for a lot higher than advertised. It will be interesting to see what it does achieve.
You mentioned you needed more yard space, I asked what you needed it for and you said for your dogs - that’s when I said it’s a big enough yard for the dogs as the owners of our property has 2 dogs, and the yard works well for their family ( 2 kids plus 2 dogs)
I’m disappointed you felt I was rude, that was not my intention at all.
Hope you secure the property of your dreams.
