Crabs are 90% of the time excellent, but if you order your Crabs at a certain time, and you show up a bit early, you get a bit of an attitude because you're there early, I always show up for everything early, and a few times when I showed up at my time, I had to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes, the little store is so small, you would think they would want to get you inside out asap, which includes most cases they do, but sometimes they have many people waiting for crabs.

Crabs are great BUT on Mother’s Day they mislead and disappointed some very loyal customers. Called Friday to confirm crabs for Sunday, called Saturday to confirm no preorder. They advised I get there promptly on Sunday as they were opening at 11, I arrived at 10:30 and they were already open and out of crabs.It was too late to order elsewhere. Lack of customer respect and appreciation, so disappointing!

Sold out of crabs within 3 minutes of opening. Found out they took pre-orders despite calling last week & confirming they weren't accepting pre-orders. They told us to arrive early on Sunday by 11 but apparently opened before that & were sold completely out. We drove an hr from VA only to be completely disappointed....

We have been getting our crabs here for the last two years. We get half bushel around 4 times a season. We have never had a bad crab. Some feel a little lite but are not. Where we got crabs before some would be lite and mostly empty. Some would just be bad. I have to say again we have never hade a bad crab a d they are cooked right plenty of season. Thank you.
