Javier and his team are top notch!
We discovered that our dryer vent had gotten disconnected under our house. Unfortunately, this created a suitable environment for organic growth. I contacted J&S via email and I got a response so quickly that I thought it was automated! Javier himself crawled under our house and gave us an estimate of how much the job would be and gave us plenty of time to consider our options. Once we decided to move forward, Javier and his crew got it done. I appreciated his integrity, and quality of work. Highly recommend!

Javier and his team are knowledgeable and friendly. We found ourselves with an emergency in one of our units and he and his team were able to get us in, talked us through the process and got us up and going. We will definitely be keeping them as a vendor. Absolutely amazing!

While having it rain in your living room is never a good thing, Javier Ceja and J&S Restoration and Reconstruction responded quickly and with skill to contain and repair the damaged area. The quality of the work done was excellent, with good attention to detail. Javier is clearly knowledgeable, definitely easy to work with, and kept us up to date regarding each phase of the repair process. Should we be so unfortunate as to again sustain damage to our home, there would be no hesitation about calling J&S to come to the rescue!

We were super fortunate to get a referral from a neighbor to J and S. They remediated a crawl space leak and then oversaw the repairs to the area. They worked with great subs to replace real wood flooring, paint etc. Their commitment detail was amazing and impressive. They were on time and Javier made sure he explained what he was doing and the specifications required. My husband who can’t get enough detail was very satisfied. They have the certification for mold remediation and they take this very seriously. Javier was here daily checking on the subs once the mold issue had been taken care of. Our insurance company had no issues with his estimates whatsoever. Also he and his wife are so kind and understanding it was really unbelievable.. they made sure our cats were contained every day so they didn’t escape and were very vigilant about every detail. Couldn’t be happier.
We had an emergency situation at Redtail Espresso and J&S was there within 30 minutes to help with the problem. Very polite and professional! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of restoration and repair 👍👍

It's a crime that there are only two reviews on this master of professionalism. There is not enough words in the english language that describe how much of an amazing guy Javier is, and his chosen crew of sub contractors and assosicates that work with him reflect that outstanding workmanship and professionalism. Javier was here every single step of the way through a major water incident in my home, and was never afraid to take my call at any time of day or night, including weekends. It never seemed to bother him when I would stop him mid work to ask what probably was a silly question, he would always drop everything right then and there and make sure to explain the answer, in great detail, and always ensure that I understood what he was saying and if I didn't he would break it down for me so that I would.
I would recommend Javier and his crew to anyone, for anything that is a remodel, or a rebuild or anything else.

We cannot recommend Javier enough. He oversaw our leak in the crawlspace that resulted in some mold. We had a couple people out to inspect and make recommendations and based on another neighbor’s suggestion found Javier.
He did everything correct and according to the latest mitigation standards and protocol. No shortcuts and no easy way out. My husband is very particular and I have asthma so he took great steps to ensure our comfort and the least interruption possible. (We both work from home!!!)
We then asked him to be our contractor and oversee the other repairs and he worked with us and our insurance company. He chose subcontractors and we went with his recommendations as we trusted him 100%. He inspected their work and went out of his way to keep in touch with us EVERY single day when he had finished the mold removal.
He and Sara were steadfast and so professional and kind in all our dealings. He also has all the certifications and everything needed to come in and literally make everything normal again. Painting, reflooring, you name it.
We were so fortunate to have had him make room in his schedule for us. As professionals ourselves we cannot thank him enough for all he did.
Without reservation I recommend him.
