We used James Deep Law for wills. Our contact person was Caroline Shaer and every single communication was perfect. Caroline replied quickly to every request and question we had. She scheduled a phone meeting and the in person signing of the documents and every stage of the process was professional and timely.
James also came in and dealing with him was like chatting to an old friend. His whole organization is top notch and I would recommend his company to anyone and we will use him again in the future for either real estate or when we need to re-do the wills.

We used James Deep Law for a home purchase in Oakville and the service, efficiency and attention to detail was top-notch! James and his team made it so easy on us for gathering all of the paperwork and then walked us through in layman’s terms what we were signing and why and what it meant for us. It was so great that we used them again when selling our other property! This time they went above and beyond and highlighted some penalty clauses in our mortgage payout and helped save us thousands of dollars! I would not use them. I had planned to have them do my will and my brother’s will.
I had asked them to deal with a landlord/tenant dispute . First thing, the receptionist wrote my number down wrong and they never called me back. So I decided to show up. Then they charged me $150 +tax to pick up my father’s will. They gave some story and collect from storage but they had it with them.
Then to pay….they don’t accept credit or debit. They expected e-transfer. I was dealing with death and had to deal with non-sense. Don’t waste your time with this place. There are much better people in the Burlington/Oakville area.
