I am beyond disappointed with the unprofessional service at James Cress. I had to reach out to them on the scheduled delivery date only to discover my order (#W90119173) was silently cancelled and unfulfilled. They held my payment without providing any notification of their failure to process the order. To wait until the day of a time-sensitive gift to admit they haven't even shipped it is professionally embarrassing. Save yourself the stress and use a florist that actually values communication and basic reliability

I would STRONGLY advise never ordering from this company. I spent over $100 to send my sister flowers for her birthday, and what she received looked like something that could have been purchased at Walmart for $15. The arrangement was extremely thin, the stems were low quality, and the overall presentation was embarrassing for the price I paid. I understand that I selected a “designer’s choice” arrangement, but that should never mean sending the cheapest flowers possible. Designer’s choice should still reflect the quality and style shown in the example photos. The arrangement pictured online was low and tight, in a specific vase style. What arrived was completely different and looked thrown together. When companies show example photos, they exist for a reason. It’s like showing someone a Mercedes as the example and then delivering a Kia—it simply doesn’t represent what was advertised. (Attached the photos for reference) I reached out and emailed back and forth with them hoping they would make it right. Instead of resolving the issue, their final response was essentially that they “hope I accept their apology.” That was the extent of their customer service after charging over $100 for a product that looked nothing like what was advertised. Extremely disappointing experience. I will never order from them again and would not recommend anyone else do so either

The ordering procedure was easy... all details were completed correctly and efficiently When the funeral date was changed due to the blizzard, you changed our order without a problem. It was easy to deal with James Cress Florist. We reviewed the website and then placed our order on the phone, staff very attentive and helpful. Delivery was made at the time scheduled and we were kept updated regarding the status. The piece ordered was exactly as pictured.

They will come up on a Google search as a local florist. They are nothing but an 800 number. They will take your order and take your money and then cancel on you (with refund) the next day if they can't find someone else to do it. Go find a local florist.

Do you like buying a plane ticket on an overbooked flight and not getting a seat on the plane? Then you’ll like this florist. Otherwise, it’s very frustrating. Purchased flowers for Valentine’s Day through this company. At the end of the day, I was informed that they couldn’t make the delivery. They refunded the money, but what was a zero sum for them had no risk, with something that was deflating as a customer. If I had known, this was not a local florist in the town of Vermont for which the delivery was to take place, I would not have ordered from them in the first place. It’s slightly deceptive.

They advertise as being local to my area but they’re actually in New York and simply just take orders to pawn off on local florists. The bouquet I ordered was offered in 3 tiers. I paid substantially more for the premium but received the basic. Basically paid double the price for no reason. Never again.

Scam!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!! Misleading Product Representation!! Look what was ordered and what we got.. we contacted support and they’re just ignoring their refund policy!! About to report the business and the transaction with our bank! Never buying here again!!! $182.93 for grass and few dying flowers!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!
