This has been the worst experience I have ever had at any hospital. The reception staff have no manners, no sense of responsibility, and absolutely no idea how to talk to patients or their families. At the very least, they should treat people with respect and courtesy — but here, it is the exact opposite. If you ask them something, they get irritated and respond rudely, as if your questions are a problem for them. Instead of focusing on the patient’s treatment and recovery, they are only interested in how much money they can make.
Let me be very clear — one day the reason this hospital will shut down will not be the doctors or the facilities, but your reception department. The way your staff behaves is shameful. On top of that, they are even involved in under-the-table dealings. I have personally seen how they ask for money secretly — 100 to 500 rupees — if you want work done faster. This is nothing less than corruption, and it makes the hospital look like a government office where bribes are demanded instead of a place of healing and care.
Your reception is eating away at the hospital’s reputation like termites eat away at wood. If you really care about patients and about your hospital’s future, you need to fix this immediately and take strict action against such greedy and unprofessional staff.
And please, don’t bother replying here with a copy-paste formal message — ‘we are sorry, we will look into it’ — because I have seen that so many times before and nothing changes. Instead, pay real attention to your reception staff, because as long as they keep behaving like this, people will continue to lose faith in your hospital.
My advice to others: go here only at your own risk. If you want dignity, honesty, and genuine patient care, look elsewhere.

One of the best hospitals in Khanna I've ever visited. The doctors are highly knowledgeable, the nursing staff is extremely caring, and the entire facility is very well-maintained and hygienic. Very poor and worst experience….reception staff use very bad language with patients. Mainly aman and jaswinder very bad behaviour with patients. The hospital just focus on money.. there are only ortho and gynaecologists doctors. not proper specialists. Staff aman take phone to everyone than given 5 star rating to own hospital.
