Do NOT order! I was warned, but I tried it anyway.
Ordered in February 2025. Website says allow 15 bus days to ship. Long story short, a ton of emails back and forth (no phone number to call) and 4 months later, I asked for a refund which I never got. JM told me to file a dispute with my bank, so I did. My bank has put the $ in my account while they try to resolve. It finally showed shipped after all that and i got excited. Never got the package. Called my post office and they said they duplicated tracking numbers. My package was received at some
other address, go figure. AND customer service is rude. Never in my life have I ever been through such a fiasco! Absolutely absurd and totally unprofessional.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Jade McKenzie has been nothing less than horrible and frustrating. I felt compelled to warn others of their conduct and dishonesty.
I placed an order at the beginning of March this year. It is now May and I still do not have anything. I had to reach out to them 4 to 6 weeks after I placed my order to even get an update on what was happening. I was told that two of the items I ordered were out of stock and those would be refunded , and the other item would be shipped that week. First of all, I'm not sure how they can be out of stock on something that was in stock when I ordered it. Needless to say, there have been multiple email exchanges since this time and I have been told multiple things. I have asked for a confirmation number or transaction number for when the refund was issued and they sent me a screenshot that said the three items I ordered were restocked and I was refunded. This screenshot did not even have a date on when the refund transaction occurred. I have asked for that information as well and have not received a response back at all.
Previously, I had experienced terrible customer service with Jade Mackenzie and swore that I would never order from them again. Then recently I came across what seem to be a sincere apology from the owner concerning their business model and poor customer service, so I thought I would give them another try. Never again. I will also spread this message to anybody that I know that intends to order from them. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually delivers on its promises—and your package.

I ordered three skirts at the beginning of December 2024 for Christmas. We are going into May of 2025 and I have not received any of the skirts. I have sent multiple emails regarding my order and or a refund. I received very short email responses and finally got an email stating they refunded me for one skirt. There was not one mention of the other to skirts. I sent another email asking whether or not they planned to refund me for the other two or ship them to me. The response I got from them was “ok we will get the other two done”. This is the second time I have tried ordering from them and had a terrible experience. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I placed two orders with Jade Mackenzie in early Feb. after seeing a post on FB claiming the skirts were in stock and ready to ship. Her website also states a 3–15 day shipping policy. That timeline came& went with no updates. When I reached out, I was given vague excuses like "next week" or "waiting for shipments."
For almost 3 months, I stayed extremely patient. I was told only one color was out of stock, so I chose a replacement, supposedly in stock, but again heard nothing. I sent multiple emails asking for updates & received more excuses. April 14, I finally received tracking for one order, but the status stayed "label created" for nearly 2 weeks. I kept emailing about my second order, only to get the same vague promises.
April 26, I finally received a package, but it was the WRONG color, with a note saying they had substituted it without asking me. That was the final straw. I sent an email laying out the timeline & stated that if the final four skirts weren’t actively shipped by April 29, I would take further action (filing fraud charges, reporting to the BBB & Texas AG, posting public reviews). I made it clear I wasn’t threatening — just informing them of my next steps after months of patience.
Shortly after, I received a reply stating " A full refund for not shipped orders will be processed. We are not sure what all was said in your email it was WAY too long to read but we’ve decided to go ahead and refund you."
Rather than addressing any of my points, she sent a flippant, rude response, which matches what many others report in reviews and complaints against this business. No apology, no professionalism.
While I did eventually receive a refund, it was never handled appropriately. I had foolishly given her another chance after seeing her public apology video (since deleted), even though her long history of complaints is easy to find.
I share this not to tear anyone down, but to warn others. Please be cautious if you're considering placing an order with her.
LITERALLY THE WORSE ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER
The other 1 star reviews written have captured my experience accurately. However, this is the third time I paid them and never rec'd an order. The owner posted a tearful apology for her rudeness/poor customer service (guessing provoked by a lawsuit threat?) accompanied by a promise to improve. Based on that, I ordered again but 2 months later, she still has my money, has not replied to my emails/Instagram messages or my BBB complaint. She has NO BUSINESS running a business and has disabled the comments on her IG account, which tells you how bad this it is. Very unethical and should not be claiming any affiliation as a faith-based business.
Avoid at all costs
I placed multiple orders with this company. I’ve been inquiring about my orders for months via email privately. It seems to be a pattern of selling skirts they don’t have in stock. It takes forever to receive purchases, if you receive them at all. If you check any website reviews for the company, you will see that’s it’s not a company to trust. I don’t typically post on social media, but I felt I needed to since I was met with such rudeness after trying to resolve the issue privately. Below is the latest response I received from the company. Purchase from this company at your own risk:
“You will be refunded in the order received. You are free to take this public, to the pope or anywhere else for that matter but you will be refunded when they get to your order which from what I can see is this week. Unfortunately you aren’t in a place to make demands to us.”
Unbelievable
If I could have given zero starts, I would have. I have tried ordering from this company 3 times. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. It's always months before receiving your order, and that's IF you even get it. Trying to contact someone is a joke. An absolute joke. If they do respond, they don't give you the truth. I was told that my items would be shipped 2 different times (by the end of the week when I emailed) and I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email or my items. Now I have been trying to contact them again and it's an even bigger joke. I can't get anyone to email me.
I placed my order on November 12. On November 13, the money was taken out of my account. Now almost 2 months later, still nothing.
After 3 times ordering from them, I guess I learned my lesson. Not worth the stress of this. Won't be ordering again.
Not happy with this company
Love their skirts, but I placed an order September 14 and did not receive anything until December 23, however what they sent to was not what I ordered. Now cannot get anyone to answer my email.
Every order that I have placed always takes three months to get. And they take your money as soon as you place the order and then items are always on back order.
Purchased items never received
I only gave one star so I could write this review, but I hated to give that much. This company is appalling. Buyer be ware!!!!!! They advertise for products they don’t have. Once you placed your order and they have your money, it will be several months before you receive your items. Then when you email to inquire about your order you are treated with such disrespect and told that it is what it is and you’ll get your items when you get them. Read the reviews before buying from these people. Shop somewhere else. You won’t get what you pay for here.

Sad I have to write this about a so called Christian company. This place and owner had been the rudest most dishonest company I’ve ever encountered. For some insight, i purchased a few of their tees in August, it is now December and I have yet to revive the package. I have emailed numerous times and the owner has refused to give me any kind of tracking number and just kept saying it’s delayed or will arrive in a “few days” she has told me “I can continue to stay unposed because there’s nothing to be done about the situation”, I asked for a reason it would take so long and explained I was getting a little frustrated and she emailed back with “ok”. I am so over the top DONE with them and fully agree that they should be shut down and taken off the internet for the way the run the company and treat their shoppers!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I purchased a bunch of skirts on 10/16. I was told my items would ship and they never did. I asked for a refund and they said some of my items have shipped so they couldn’t issue a full refund. I have asked for the tracking number multiple times and still have not received anything. Please read my emails and see you do not want to work with this company. Someone needs to stop them from doing this to their customers ❤️

Hey y’all I had a friend send me there everything 5-10 awesome 😎 so I started to look for some thing for my girls and myself boy what a mistake ! I ordered 10/26/2024 after the 15 “ Business days” they say it takes to ship no shipping confirmation so I email them . They say some things they don’t have will refund okay where’s the other stuff there putting it together. Waiting a few more days , I email again they didn’t ship because of the holiday okay still. Waiting another week later still no refund no package no shipping. How is this company still taking peoples money obviously 🙄 this is a scam plz plz someone make the public aware of this

Theft/scam business
If I could put zero stars I would. This is a company who sells clothes they don’t have in stock and will repeatedly update when your package will send out, with no end in sight. This company is a scam and are basically thieves !!! Do NOT order anything from them unless you want your money stolen.
Also, when I asked for a refund, their “customer service” said I was ugly for asking for a refund among other disrespectful things. They only issued a refund because I reported both of their social medias and disputed it with my credit card. Horrible business!
My worst online shopping experience!
I noticed an ad, for $10 everyday skirts on 10/16. You can never have too many pencil skirts, so l ordered five on 10/17. The ad mentioned there were 1500 available and ready for immediate shipment!
I received a confirmation email stating an email will be sent once shipped. Great!!
Did I expect 'Amazon prime' like delivery? Absolutely not, I understand this is a small business.
However, after 10 days, I hadn't heard anything, so l followed up requesting a status update on the app on 10/27. I got a fast response via email, of 'this order ships this week! As of 11/3, I still hadn't received any shipping notification, so l emailed back, asking for confirmation that skirts were shipped.
This time, another fast response with 'Some colors are on backorder but we'll ship what we can tomorrow. I was a little confused with this response as just a week prior the skirts were due to ship. However, I left it be.
Then on 11/7, I emailed again just to ask which items would ship and if there was a tracking number.
Again, I received a quick response only stating 'All except black & brown!
This time, I couldn't just leave it be.. I would expect a more customer friendly response addressing the confirmation and whether or not there was a tracking number. So I replied, asking again for a tracking number.
At this point, it had been 21 days. I don't own a clothing company, but I would think if items are in stock and available for immediate shipment, 5 skirts would have been shipped well before 21 days after the order was placed.
I contacted my CC company to dispute the charge as items weren't received as expected. They immediately honored the request and refunded me my money.
The next day is when things got interesting..
I woke up to an email with basically a demand to cancel the dispute or never order from them again.
My reply consisted of the above mentioned timeline as to the reason for the dispute.
Part of their next replies were, 'You missed out. Your loss not ours!, WOW., Unbelievable!' Also, each email contains their default signature, "Thank you for being the best part of JM, Customer Care Team ❤️”
They proceed to send several emails telling me the bank has instructed them to send them what they have and refund me the rest. They are sure to let me know that I'm not winning this.
I FINALLY received a shipping notification on 11/8! Now mind you, as of today.. 11/10, the status hasn't updated.
Nor have they let me know what they are refunding me..
They also let me know that I was dishonest for disputing the charge. While l'm not sure how I am dishonest for following up several times on what THEY said they were doing. I am pretty sure that dishonesty would be making a social media post that skirts are available for immediate shipment but yet, they weren't?!
Needless to say, I will absolutely never purchase another item from this company again.

Scam!!!!
I wish I could give less than 1 star reviews for this company. They scam people!!! They sell items that they do not even have. You will go months without your order or even a message from them and when you do question them they are extremely rude. Nothing Christian about this company. They need to be shut down!!!

I had an excellent experience. Shipping was a bit slow, but I expected that. I've been in contact with customer service several times and so far, they've always been very kind.
I plan to place another order soon.
I love the skirts. They are some of the most comfortable that I have found.
