JTE subcontracted an install on our solar panels. They were on time, informative, very professional, and installed our panels in a timely manner. Since installation, I have reached out to them with questions regarding service and on each occasion, I have received excellent customer service and a solution to any issues we had. Jacob came to investigate a wiring issue. He was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions and was an all around friendly guy to hang with for an hour. He even took the time to replace a crackling light switch after I mentioned it offhand. Always a pleasure working with the JTE folks! And a pleasure meeting Jacob himself! Highly recommend.
I've used Jacob the Electrician for 4 different jobs at 2 different properties. They have changed multiple light fixtures and switches for me and also installed and mounted a microwave. I'm very happy with their service and their reasonable prices. This most recent time, Jeff and Charles arrived on time and were polite and respectful of my space. They were friendly and got the exterior light fixture changed out and hauled away the old one. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used their services yet again to replace a blown outlet. The service was quick and efficient. They even sent out the owner, Jacob, for the job and we were particularly impressed with his professionalism.

Anytime I need anything done, they come out, assess all I want or need to have done and execute everything so accurately and quickly. They alway go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with whatever they’ve done. And besides being incredibly talented geniuses they’re also the kindest, friendliest people. They’re an absolute joy to have in our home.
As a person who has no idea how any of this works, I can easily feel like a burden when I have questions but Jacob and his team answer any and all questions and are happy to do so.
