I drove about 45 minutes to check out this store as I’ve always seen ads on Facebook and wanted to check it out. Honestly was a little disappointed by the pricing and a few things I saw. They had women’s t-shirt for 19.99 when you get the 3 pack at Costco for 24.99. I saw a used toast oven for $120 (not sure why they are selling used :/) also a lot of the boxes of stuff were in pretty rough shape - honestly would spend the extra few dollars at Costco to get the item.

Hi Jessica. Thanks for your review! Randomly we do put out used stuff, if we feel it is in good condition and it has been fully tested. That particular toaster retails for $299...I know who would pay that for a toaster...but that is sometimes the stuff we get...we were selling it for $120...so in our eyes that's a great deal! Someone gave it a few uses, and decided it wasn't for them...but you save $203.4 if you would of bought it! Would love to know what shirts you are talking about...we have such amazing pricing on clothing, so I guess it could of been a pricing error OR possibly not the same shirt you thought it was. We highly encourage everyone to shop where they feel most comfortable!

I went in for the first time and was like a kid in a candy shop! Customer service is great, even though there is a no return policy, bought a matteress topper and it was the wrong size in the box but jacobs liquidation store owners are exchanging for the right size for me and they were on too of it right away! Highly recommend checking out the store, lots of great items for everyone of all ages! Thanks again. Will be returning often! *just adding on* I had purchased one of their light fixtures and it is so beautiful I'm in love with it, the mattress topper is still my fave and my fuzzy blanket from there as well!! Congrats on your first year guys!!! *adding on* love their new location! So much more parking space! Such great deals every time you go in!

Had a problem with a purchase, but upon speaking with Craig he was quick to resolve the problem, and took time out of his own day to hear both sides of the story and made it right! Was very friendly during the process, and came from a place of understanding. Not many places show that level of care nowadays so was very nice to see!
