Chelsea did a WONDERFUL job selling the house of my neighbor that was moved to memory care. This meant dealing with family from out of town that were overwhelmed with details of clearing out a house and then selling it. Chelsea was so very patient and walked us through the processes and answered dozens of questions we had. She was professional, understanding, compassionate, and always available if we needed her. Everyone was phenomenal! Our realtor Rhonda was very responsive anytime we needed her and made us feel like family. My husband and I worked with Raquel Mulkey to buy a home and she was wonderful! Chelsie was always available and ready for whatever we threw at her, from houses to land to houses with land(cause we changed up ALOT). We were hesitant to let anyone list our house. In fact, my husband was nearly refusing to use a realtor. When it came time to sell my parents' rural homestead, Raquel Mulkey was everything we could have hoped for in an experienced agent and more. She is a bundle of positive energy and the warmest of hands to hold when navigating the real estate market. From beginning to end, Raquel stayed on top of the details, made sure we were well-advised, did a super job of communicating, handled my dad's technology challenges with the utmost patience (she's truly an angel, that one...), and helped ease us through this bittersweet time. Additionally, the photographer was excellent and the MLS listing looked awesome. Our property was only active for a couple of days, 2 walk-thrus, and 1 offer above asking price. Apex Title did a wonderful job explaining all the documents at pre-signing and handling things for us at closing. Raquel and the team at Shields & Company took great care of us!
